Royal Pizza Subs Wings & More

I ordered honey mustard wings and i got plain wings with a container of seasoning and a container of honey. Wth! Had I known I had to mix the sauce myself I would NOT have bothered ordering. And they gave me some old celery sticks.

I remember when this place used to care, now they' are just trying to make a buck, the wings are absolutely horrible now, and overpriced! The owners were so humble, it sucks to see them providing this terrible kind of service. Food made me nauseous with every single bite I took 0/10 would not recommend! I wish I could get my money back!

I used to visit Royal's all the time when I worked in the area. I wand something different for lunch today, so I decided to order pick-up. I am glad they've finally updated their website and made online ordering easier. Their periscope website was not really user-friendly and was impossible to use in your mobile device. The menu hasn't changed much over the years and I am happy about that. If it ain't broke, why fix it, right? I am a huge fan of anything teriyaki, and few places sell teriyaki subs which is one of my favorite. They give you huge hunks of chicken and fill the bread completely! If I remember correctly, their prices were a little cheaper than they are now. But with covid, I noticed that a lot of small businesses herb raised their prices a bit. I don't mind paying extra for good food and better sanitation efforts! This tasty sub is the perfect way to start off my weekend! Happy eating!

Ordered a Canadian bacon pizza for lunch and it arrived with all of the cheese on one side. I know this is not the fault of the business but that of the delivery driver and when I called and sent in a photo they acted promptly to get me a replacement. The second pizza came with no issues. Just make sure to try and check your order BEFORE you tip the driver.

Once or twice every few years I want a good steak and cheese with French fries.I decided to try Royal Pizza because I had their lemon pepper wings an few days ago and they were delicious!!!!!! And I'm NOT a chicken wing person !!!!!I called my order in and it was ready within the 15 minute time frame given.The manager is SO nice!!!! Very friendly and personable!!!!My food was SO TASTY!!!!!!!!!!! As I said , this is something I only get once or twice every few years.... so I'm looking for The Good Stuff!!!!Royal Pizza HAS The Good Stuff!!!!!Make sure to come support this wonderful establishment!!!!!!!!!

Called to place an order. They hung up on me. I called back and the woman on the line was totally rude. She told me I had a bad attitude (all I wanted was clarification). I have been ordering there for years; in fact, our typical delivery driver was a guy I worked with at Hard Times in Columbia from 1998-2002. Well, I am not order from there anymore.(Order showed up at my house even after the worker hung up repeatedly.) I gave the driver a tip because we knew the guy. Called the store and the same worker hung up on us. We are calling our credit card company for a charge back.

I would like to know why it's so hard to ask for PLAIN spaghetti with a side of meatballs with sauce. They used to do it for me all the time. Now every time I order it the pasta comes with cheese. I'm not asking for that. I want plain pasta

I ordered Stromboli and the bread was hard , baked way too long. I guess new people must have taken over the Royal Pizza I used to know. Customer service was rude. she said there was nothing she could do about hard bread. I disagree how bout refund or give me another baked correctly. I told her to let the cook know she rudely hung up on me

some of the worst food I've had also asked for a plain quesadilla they added sauce and what look and tasted like American cheese when I asked for mozzarella they refused to refund my order or replace it and I was left hungry for the night. not to mention they were very impatient with me and could not answer any of the questions I asked about the food .

Ordered chicken cheesesteaks and the order came with beef cheesesteaks. We called them and they said we have to place another order and pay for it. And hung up on us as well! WILL NEVER ORDER from them again! Horrible customer service.
