I usually love this place, from the gas prices to the food but today I was disappointed. I orders a breakfast sandwich (egg and cheese toasted on white bread with butter) and it was horrible. ONLY the bread was warm, the egg "patty" was literally still frozen, cheese not at all melted. It was nothing short of disgusting. Ugh!

Yum. We got here at around 10am. We only came for chicken, but it wasn't too fresh. I asked 1 of the 4 ladies behind the counter when will they have some fresh chicken? Luckily, the next batch of chicken was coming out within a couple minutes, it was the best timing ever. I really wanted chicken breasts and got breasts and wings, since they were oh so fresh, hot, juicy and flavorful, Royal Farms style. Decent, quick service. Open 24hrs.The interior is kinda small, cramped and outdated but they still have the convenient amenities of other Royal Farms....no seating included.

Staff here are super friendly, my family frequents the place a lot for snacks, movies, drinks, and chicken. The employees often refuse to charge us for slurpee's or sodas, and I'm told they've received complaints from the executive office for handing out free chicken to the homeless. I myself don't eat the chicken, but my brother tells me it comes out great every time. Wouldn't recommend the sliders though, they're mostly bread, and the actual burger part is only okay compared to your typical slider. Overall, this location is a great place to go if you're craving some fried chicken, or need to pick up a few essentials like toilet paper, batteries, etc, but keep in mind that there's a food lion right across the street. This Royal Farms had become a community favorite, and I hope it stays open for years to come

My family have been going to this Royal Farms store in Reisterstown MD for quite sometime. They had a change in staff and now the service is not so good and the Chicken is not fresh and sometimes over cooked. I have since changed stores and I now go over to the Owings Mills store. It is newer and their customer service is what I use to enjoy with Royal Farms.

My regular spot to pick up some potato wedges, chicken, or a red box movie. Friendly staff. Always clean and quick to complete your orders.

Staff was extremely rude not welcoming at all. They seemed to be upset that we were there. Store was not busy. When I asked the cashier for his name, he said Why and refused to give his name. When I asked the other worker if there is a manager, he replied No. Again, very annoyed. No way going back to this Royal Farm

I've really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Gave this place so many tries but its never worked out. It is super convenient to pick up some dinner on my way home from work. Royal Farms chicken is probably my favorite out of any place in the area. So where is the problem. Their standards for the chicken boxes are quite poor at this location. A number of times I've been given pieces of chicken that look more like a buffalo wing then something that is appropriate for a meal. Another time I was given literally half a bun, half a piece of chicken thigh and smashed fries. Nothing more disappointing then going to eat your dinner only to find out the money you spent was wasted on a dinner that wouldn't fill up even a two year old. Employees are friendly but the store is always dirty.

Worst fried chicken and greasy cold soggy fries. I have tried three times figuring maybe I was unlucky but they were consistent all 3 times Gross and unhealthy. Give me kfc or Popeyes anytime. Old adage is true: don't eat where you get gas

I stop in for cigs and that is it. Staff needs to be trained in customer service. I go in with my own cup to grab some ice and get charged 40 cents. Sorry I'm not paying when I bring my own up. Wawa is right down the street better service friendlier staff and more variety of food. No chicken but there are other royal farms in the area to go to
