I've had both breakfast and dinner here. This place absolutely hits the spot. Coffee here is 10/10 and the bagel sandwich I had was immaculate. My wife and I tried to different subs for dinner and they were the best we could find around here.

Rosie's is nearby and I heard great things about it. I have traveled far for hoagies and cheesesteaks. From the White House Subs in Atlantic City to Pudge's in Pa, I appreciate a good sandwich. I know what I like about these places. So I do feel a bit jaded when it comes to these things. It is all relative so take my opinion for what it is. The first appearance is great. Love the cleanliness and the spaciousness. It is basically a small corner store mart. As you can see from the pictures, there is quite the variety. The staff was friendly. I was greeted by a nice young lady, and me being there for the first time, she was patient and helped me with my order. Now for the food, I just went with the basics. In this case, the Italian hoagie and a cheesesteak. It was good but there were couple of things that needs to be improved. The rolls felt like they were stale. I am used to rolls that have a slight crust but a soft almost chewy textured inside. Neither of these sandwiches had that. I can overlook a lot of things but that is the first thing my mouth noticed. All the I gradients tasted fresh, except for the rolls. The sliced meats are about the average thickness but I prefer a little thicker slices. This way, you really taste the individual meats. As for the cheesesteak, I am not a fan of cheese wiz on my cheesesteak. That is why I never goto Pat's steaks in Philly. If I knew, I would have asked for the provolone. But that is on me not knowing what is on the order. So in conclusion, there is a lot to like about Rosie's Deli. If their roll game was upped a bit, it would be a whole lot better. I may go back to try their other offerings, and hopefully, by that time, the rolls are a bit different. I would honestly say it was a 3.5 out of 5 stars but a good bread would bring it up to 4.5.

Convenient little deli, offer good coffee, local products, snacks, quick bites and more. We tried the sandwiches couple of times, to be honest, wasn't a big fan, can use some improvement. The shop is clean, spacious , well organized, and staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. parking is not an issue. Do recommend to check it out.

Rosie's does, it does quite well. And assortment of traditional sandwiches and subs, as well as coffees and related drinks, are in their wheelhouse. If I could wave a magic wand, I'd ask for a touch more imagination particularly on the someone pedestrian breads and rolls Fair prices for the area.

We've eaten here twice and have always enjoyed the experience. It is very clean and organized. Staff are friendly and patient. There is a large selection of hot and cold sandwiches as well as a breakfast menu.. sandwiches have creative names like the Godfather.I ordered the Godfather the last visit and it is full of Italian meats and cheese. The balsamic is a perfect addition. Bread is a good Italian and good compliment to the experience. Good to have a non franchised deli. If it was nearer to us we'd be a regular customer. Being in the western part of the county it's not always convenient.

Always looking for that NY-style deli, Rosie's falls a bit short. It's clean and offers a solid menu spread. But prices are way too high and food is slightly above average at best. I really tired hard to like it more but Rosie's is a poor-man's Italian store in NoVa, which is a poor-man's version of what you might find in NY/NJ. There is a line and lots of people frequent this place, but that's only because there's not much Deli competition. Again I won't give up on this place yet. I will come back and to give it another try and will post any updates.

I went off the beaten path, a little bit to try Rosie's delicatessen. I am so glad that I did! A true test to a good coffee spot is if they can make a proper cappuccino. And I'm very pleased to report that Rosies makes probably the best cappuccino and I assume other espresso drinks that I've had in maybe 10 years. The breakfast sandwiches are also amazing. I couldn't be happier with my surprising visit to Rosies. I will definitely be back for lunch!

Swung by Rosie's Delicatessen today for a quick lunch pit stop! And oh my is it good! I ordered a meat ball sub, and the chicken caprese! The chicken for the Caprese is a delicious crunchy outside and tender inside! Tomatoes are fresh! The Meatballs are definitely home made! Soft and juicy! And so is the marinara! Easy 10 out of 10! If you want a sub but don't want a major chain! Stop by Rosie's! Now open 7a-7p! Monday through Friday! And 7a-5p on weekends! So its convenient and easy to remember! They are fully staffed in the middle of the day! And boy do they have more than fresh subs! They have local cheeses from the Bronx, they have Local Marinara, honey, candies, coffees and more! They even have an olive bar! So be sure to swing by!
