Super friendly every time I go in. Family owned. In store they sell challah (rolls, loaves, pull apart, etc), cookies, muffins, small rectangular cakes. Doesn't get any more fresh than this!

I get all my Rosendorffs products from the bakery in 7 Mile market. The head baker there Simone is a wizard with anything baked, from his own delicious Italian pie recipes to the best challah money can buy. There isn't a bad product in the whole bakery. The Chanukah donuts are amazing, fresh craft flavors fried up daily, with a huge variety to choose from. Simone is open to requests and suggestions and is an all around stand up man. The bakery is already parve and nut free, but he will accommodate further dietary requirements upon request.

Pertains to the Rosendorff's Bakery located at Seven Mile Market.I buy goods from this Bakery all the time. They make an incredible Strawberry Shortcake. I buy it often and I've ordered Strawberry Shortcake from the Bakery before.Yesterday I bought two Strawberry Shortcake Bars. I opened one up and it didn't taste fresh, so I took both back today. They are $10.99 each.I took my receipt with me, which was torn, but I took it back. They called the Baker to assist with the return before they would issue me a refund.I was told they don't take cakes back. It is a business and they don't do that. I was told too bad. Then they said too bad for the started cake, but they would issue a credit for the other cake returned. My torn receipt was not good enough, and the tag on the open cake package was torn. You must tear them to open the container. Right!! Exhausting. They love taking your money, but for inferior products, too bad, they don't want to refund your money. They spoke to me and treated me as if I was trying to make money off of them. Sure, okay. Finally, they refunded me $10.99. I told them to throw the other cake out because it was no good. I told them to check the others for freshness because they might get more complaints. I miss Goldman's Bakery since they retired. Everything they made was wonderful. Rosendoff's can't hold a candle to Goldman's.Moral of the story, just don't buy their products. They want your money but they won't stand behind their products. Now that is too bad!!
