Been ordering from here about a year, they have fairly good food and delivery time, I always tip the driver.I ordered today and after unwrapping the fish sandwich I noticed how dark the lettuce was, turns out it was badly wilted, so I took it off and called the restaurant, was trying to explain the situation and the guy simply hung up!Called back and this time it sounded like he sat the receiver down (could hear him in the background talking to someone else!)Great customer service!Done with them

I was a bit hesitant to order from this place because of the low reviews but I read them and realized that most of them were because people were upset that the delivery guy didn't leave his car, which i can understand in some of the shadier neighborhoods in Baltimore. But I took a chance and I'm glad I did! I ordered the Roma Deluxe Pizza, baked ziti and meat sauce, and shrimp Alfredo. The price wasn't too bad and my food arrived approximately an hour after I ordered it. I wasn't surprised when the driver called to tell me he was outside as I had read the previous reviews saying that they don't get out of the car much. He was friendly and cordial, handing me my food so I could scamper back inside with my prizes. The pizza smelled, looked, and tasted delicious. My husband was highly amused by the idea of a pizza that gives the appearance of "everything but the kitchen sink" and he loved the taste of it. The pasta servings were very generous and come with a side of garlic bread that is absolutely wonderful. The baked ziti was smothered with cheese and baked to perfection, stuffed full of meat in the red sauce. The shrimp Alfredo was less wonderful, but still good and well seasoned. I will definitely order from this establishment again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I live pretty close to this place so their orders are generally pretty prompt, though there have been exceptions. The food is good, with decent portions, but nothing to write home about. It's just the most convenient, selective, and consistent sub place I could find for myself.EDIT:While this has been my typical experience, they were unable to get us our order in two hours and had no explanation when we called. We are seven minutes drive away and have been good customers, leaving generous tips, but this is unacceptable. We will not order from here again.

Will never patronize this business again. Customer service is not even good for a dog. Used them with no complaint, over 20 times, until my order was incorrect today. Called them and stated what was missing. Manager said the item would be re sent. Got home two hours later and still did not have the item. Called them and they said manager will call back. He wanted to check with the driver. Manager never called back. I called and said not to bother because he just lost my business altogether. Contacted Grub hub to get a refund for the item I did not receive, they contacted the business who refused to give me back my money. Grub hub apologized and gave me a coupon to use towards a future order. Don't waste your time with these people. You try to support local and it gets you nowhere. Won't be another time Roma's Little Italy!

I ordered honey old bay wings from Roma Little Italy on Fayette and received chicken tenders. I had to send them screen shots of the food and receipt that I did not received the correct order. They admitted to it being their fault but offered me a free order of wings the next time I order. I will never order from them again. So, I hate chicken tenders and I was SOL out of food and my money. I had to order something from another place. The manager informed me that he was going to call me back. But I never heard back.

This is a very rude place not only did they hang up on me they also served very poor food. I cannot believe after spending $25 of my hard earned money I was given old sirloin steak with gravy in my macaroni salad. After asking for my money back or replacement I was forced to get a replacement. The replacement food was basically a mockery of what I asked the first time. I asked for a sirloin with onion and gravy platter. My sides were macaroni salad and mashed potatoes. They put the macaroni salad the first time in with the gravy, no onions. The second time they out the cold macaroni salad in with the hot sirloin platter with 1,000 onions and no gravy! I suggest no one orders from here the delivery guy is super sweet and nice. The owners and other employees super disrespectful and cunning!

My family has been a customer of Roma's for many years now. In the beginning, the food was always on point. Crispy, seasoned chicken. Perfectly cooked, seasoned fries. Within the past year, there have been too many screw ups on our food. Soggy, bland fries. Dreadfully bland chicken. Not to mention when we reach out to management, they fail to see the errors in their kitchen staff. Needless to say tonight's order was our last order. I will say this, our delivery drivers have always come to the door and have been courteous.

The Roma Little Italy at 4928 Belair Rd in Baltimore is a joke. Save your money! I ordered a pizza with wings and fries to be delivered. They delivered and brought the wrong food. Called to let them know and accused my family of eating the wrong food and would not give us the food we paid for.They said they would remake pizza and we waited over an hour and called again. Only to find out they wouldn't deliver it. I had to go pick it up myself even after paying extra for delivery. They continued to accuse my family of eating the wrong food. Even thou I brought the food to them. Manager is so unprofessional and has no idea how to run a business. In a time to support your local businesses this one will never get my business or money. You don't appreciate the people that are keeping your doors open. (By the way they gave us a cold pizza that sat around for awhile)
