I absolutely LOVE rise up. They are not just a smoothie shop, but they promote all around health and help you to achieve a healthy lifestyle. They have bootcamp classes, and a walk club. Hiking on the first Sundays of the month. Everyone who works here are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. And it doesn't hurt that the smoothies are also delicious!

I had a minute to stop on my way in to the barbershop. I have been wanting to try Rise Up for some time now, so I stopped in. Upon entering, I received a warm and delightful greeting from Kristin and Grace. They explained their menu concept and services they offered. It just also happened to be Wednesday and on every Wednesday, they offer waffles and each waffle with any topping of your choice. Each waffle has up to 22 grams of protein.RISE UP offers a healthy snack/meal choice for shakes, teas, and snacks. Shakes have around 24g of protein, 24 vitamins and Minerals, with up to 350 calories based on the shake option.On my first visit, I ordered the Salted Caramel Mocha. Yes, it taste as good as it sounds. On my second visit, I ordered the waffles with bananas and strawberries. It is equally as good as the shake I had. Gluten free options are available.Stop in and give Rise UP a try. They also offer fitness programs and they support those living healthier lifestyles.

Great tasting teas! Today was my first visit but I went with a friend so we ordered two different drinks. The drinks look amazing ( instagram worthy) online. In person the Captain Puerto Rico came out perfect, the TMNT which is a rainbow colored drink didn't come out like the ones online but it had a great taste. I would recommend that if you are going to pay $6+ for tea then filtered water is a must. Parking is convenient you can usually find a space for free. I will be visiting again soon and trying one of their shakes next, in addition to teas they offer shakes and combos with tea and shakes mixed.

I have been wanting to visit this place for a while. Finally got a chance to make it during open hours. I got the shake and tea combo and I made 2 great choices with the snickers shake and the deadpool tea which is a combination of raspberry and pomegranate. Both very refreshing and nutritious.

I love this place! I look forward to coming here every time I am in Laurel! The shakes are delicious, and I feel great knowing they are nutritious. The cost is 100% worth it because it is definitely a meal replacement. Yesterday I tried a refresher from here for the first time-- the Peach Bellini was amazing! Kristen is so helpful and friendly and offers amazing customer service! Try it! You won't regret it!

Been consistent for years. I arrive right at 7:00am and they are ready to serve. I am a creature of habit so I tend to get the same shake year round and they know my order. If you're ever looking for a supplemental meal option on your fitness journey this is place to go. Family-oriented vibe that also offers fitness options.

Absolutely love this place. The oatmeal is my favorite thing ever and the shakes taste amazing every time. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and nice.

Delicious and healthy protein shakes & energy teas! I'm also a big fan of their protein waffles(served on Wednesday's) and the protein iced coffee! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Great vibes & positive energy! I highly recommend!
