Prices great, The women up front are very nice can't say the same for a couple of the guys with zero customer service skills. My main issue has been with the Bald headed guy super rude every time. Just went in and asked a general question of which eggnog is better (never had it before) rudely says eggnog is eggnog. I can't imagine the liquor distributor would appreciate such a miserable response. He pulled the same thing before when I asked about different wines. I wouldn't want him selling my products that's for sure.

Great small scale shop at Ridgely Shopping Center. Some aggressive pricing, like Lindemans 1.5 liter wines for $6.99 and a 1.75 liter bottle of Bulleit's Bourbon for just under $43. There are no carts, but they do offer totes for case purchases. Friendly and accommodating staff too! Recommend.

No complaints. Very busy Friday morning. Shopping center parking lot totally filled. Popped in and after wondering a bit, found the bourbon I wanted and grabbed a bottle of rum. Both purchases were on sale this month and real bargains. The sale is actually the reason for my trip.

I went here recently for a few bottles of wine to pass the lock down over the next few weeks. I waited outside near the door for service, since people aren't currently allowed in the store. I was immediately assisted by a friendly clerk who went to retrieve my order. Another staff person came out to wait on the next customer who had lined up behind me. This person instructed us to wait in a different area, where lines for distancing were marked in tape, although the whole system wasn't totally clear to the customers. While she did the she was very rude, however, and proceeded to say things like - " well you can see the lines there, can't you? " when asked where she meant. She was so inappropriate and rude that I would never return to this place.

I'm not much of a drinker, so when i need a gift or if I'm in the mood for some wine I go here. The staff are always very helpful, sometimes they all stop what they are doing to chime in (in a good way) they work well together and are extremely friendly.

This is a compact wine and spirits store tucked into the elbow of the Ridgely shopping center. It has a decent selection of beer, wine and liquors including domestics and some imports. It's a great place to pick up some beer, wine and liquor for a party or everyday. Maybe everyday should be a party? They are helpful and will be glad to help you take your purchases to your car. They even have frozen shrimp and sometimes coupons for beer and wine show up in the Towson Times.

The new girl absolutely sucks .. with the glasses she is so rude and mean for no reason ! The others are absolutely wonderful .. great prices always smiling faces but the new girl is horrible Was there tonight she has no sense at all how to treat people

Jack gave me top tier service when I was looking for something to serve my friends at a going away party. He even officiated my wedding! And then his mom offered to take me to Towson Mall Great guy great liquor store. 10/10

I went to this liquor store about a month ago. The lady at the counter watched me walk around the whole store and made me feel uncomfortable. When I was finished I went to the counter. She asked for my ID which is normal because you have to ID people and I look very young. I am 23 almost 24. I gave her my drivers license and she asked "why does it look funny" I asked her what she meant and she said, "this looks fake". I explained that it was the new MD drivers license, and that I am 23 years old. She scanned my ID and the computer accepted it. She said, "well I guess the computer says its okay". I never went back. She should have just scanned it and kept her comments to herself. I am 23 and married, I was picking up something for me and my husband. She wasted my time with all the extra nonsense.

I go to Ridgely Wines almost every time I'm in the Towson area visiting family. The place is a bit tight but the staff is friendly and helpful and carry my goods to my car. Certainly they do not have as large a selection as Total Wines, but for the brand's of wine I'm looking for, the prices are lower. Same with various spirits I need.Don't understand the negative reviews.
