Rice Express

I've eaten from Rice Express more times than I can count and no matter what I've eaten from here, I've enjoyed. "Ivy" is always nice and the portions are always good.

Food lacked flavor. Was not horrible but.... However do not get Kung pao chicken nooo taste and the rice could have been fresher

If I order $6.50 worth of food and you then refuse to accept my check card because of a $7 minimum, you lose my business. Not just today, but moving forward too.

Used to be the best Chinese food in Baltimore but not worth the ride anymore. I'm not sure they even accept credit cards yet.

Very poor customer service! I ordered from this place two days straight and received the wrong food. I complained about it and asked for an exchange or refund. I was told that I could not get either one. This place did not even try to make things right with me. I didn't even get an apology. Why spend your money where you're not respected?

Good food, friendly staff. I didn't call ahead but I only waited about 15 minutes. I don't remember what I ordered I just know Rice Express made such a good impression I'll go back again.

I bought the shrimp fried rice. The rice was not fried at all. It was mushy and the 6 shrimp that came with the large size were very small and flavorless.

I ordered chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and got 3 measly little shrimp out of whole box of rice. Never again. They need to close

Rudest customer service ever! I refuse to spend my money anywhere where an employee won't even open their mouth to ask you what your order is.
