The food came fast and was full of flavor. And the restaurant had a cool industry design. Great place to stop after a show or late night.

Wide and varied selection of fresh food. Relatively easy to order at electronic kiosks and relatively quick service. Not much in the way of atmosphere but window table and others up the stairs are enough.Note: This afternoon, had the chicken broth with all the things!

This is the old cafe XS. They transformed the space into a pho restaurant. Not quite sure how functional and safe it is for patrons to be walking up and down flights of steps with hot broth and or other food items. I was unclear how it went in terms of dining in. The staff didn't interact much nor seem interested in speaking. The owner walked in and asked if I had been helped and honestly she was more pleasant than the other young ladies that were on their phones while "greeting me". I had the pho chicken. It was salty. I think they may be on to something with the flavorful broth but the seasoning needs to be dialed back a bit as it is super salty. I go for pho often and this tasted really high in sodium compared to the other restaurants I've gone to. Lemonades and lychee drinks are 5.00. Seems a bit pricey for nothing too special. The summer rolls with grilled pork were ehhh ok. The meat was a bit overcooked. Loved the decor. Just those steps could potentially be a doozy to carry your food upstairs as I did. They were out of some items according to the kiosk.

I walk past this place everyday on the way to work and decided to stop by with a friend. Perhaps my standards are different coming from the west coast where vietnamese restaurants are everywhere, but this place is too expensive for what it offers. my friend got the bun rieu, and adding on the bean sprouts, basil, lime, and other standard noodle accoutrements totaled to over $20. pretty standard for dinner now but for vietnamese noodles, far too overpriced especially since the add ons are traditionally free. my banh mi was also okay, but again this place charges for the standard things that restaurants generally give for free and the food is mediocre in flavor making it difficult to justify. Service is almost nonexistent as it's self kiosk order and they bring out the food but you bring the tray back. ambiance is nice especially with outdoor seating but not enough for me to go again after feeling priced out by their exorbitant add on charges.

This spot opened up a few weeks back, quietly, and today a few friends and I decided to pay them a visit and see what it's all about. It is located in the former XS spot, which is a cool space with multiple levels for seating. When you enter, there are two large screens for ordering, and you can very easily place your order and pay. The food came out quickly and was delicious! I got the spicy fried rice and it was awesome! Can't wait to try more items.

I honestly do not like giving bad reviews to small businesses, but this is just sad. This is not even close to bun bo hue. The broth is extremely watered down but salty. They give a good amount of meat, but not worth $17. Please do better and do not scam your customers.
