This place is one of a few local liquor stores to my home.This is definitely my fav Always providing great customer service, unlimited exclusive libations and great prices. I'll definitely keep patronizing this business.

RWS is small but offers a solid selection of wines, it's located in a shopping center so parking is available which is convenient. Service has been good each visit I make and during quarantine they've still been able to provide service safely with social distancing and a counter shield. This isn't my primary spot when I got wine/liqs shopping but I do stop in here every so often to check out what they have on sale.

One of my favorite liquor and wine stores in my community. They have, at least to me, one of the best wine selections in the area. My boyfriend is from California and when he is in town we can find wines that he enjoys that aren't at many other stores in the area. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love that on the weekends they have tastings for wines and liquors and if you buy whatever the sample is for the evening there is a deal you can get. There are always good sales on things so that can lead you to want to try something new without paying full price. I will always go here as long as I am in the area. Love them. Definitely check them out.

They have everything!!!!! Service is always friendly and helpful. They have tasting events from time to time. The shot bottle selection is just beautiful

They have the best selection of wines in town! The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Their customer service is wonderful as they know most of their regulars by either name, favorite drink, or lottery number. On weekends they have tastings and the music played over the speakers is always jamming on the weekends!! Cool store!

Came in to buy a bottle of sangria, found what I wanted but also browsed the bourbon selection. Prices were crazy expensive and I never support inflated prices so I put the sangria back and went to a much better store down the road.

very poor service! I will never go there again. They had a problem with their system took my money and would not refund me or give me my purchase! Buyer beware !!

Quite a large selection at reasonable prices but head guy can be quite moody. He seems to have good and bad days. Not good for customer service.

On August 4th I purchased a rather expensive bottle of liquor. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong one. Today, August 6, I went to return it. I had the receipt and the bottle was clearly unopened and the seal was intact. The manager (I'm assuming he is the manager since he is always there) said they don't take returns due to Covid. I pointed out that the bottle was unopened and he said it did not matter. I asked him to show me a sign that states their policy. He said there were not signs that it was "just the owners policy". As a matter of fact, there were no signs at all, much less referencing Covid, stating no returns accepted. As far as I'm concerned, this business conducts itself in an unethical manner and, as there are plenty of other liquor stores in the immediate area, take your business elsewhere.

I can't figure how or why this liquor store gets anything above 1 star?!?! The customer service is sub par. And the manager is cold. He often stares at you, which makes me so uncomfortable. If you are able to look past the dated decor and the cheap wine served for wine tasting events then you win.
