Red Crab House - Laurel

My cousin recommended I try this spot while visiting her in Maryland. So said so done. It's a cool chill spot to dine in. My family and I all ordered shrimp, snow crab legs, lobster tail, green mussels, potato's and corn on the cob in garlic butter or there spicy sauce which all tasted so so good.I was the only one who was able to eat all my food and probably still had room for more lol. Everything was delicious and I do recommend. I'll definitely give them another visit when I'm back in town. Cheers

The food was good. I love the drinks and the vibe. This place is always packed and the music is always on point.

Food was delicious as always...my wife & I have been frequenting Red Crab House, since it first opened. We haven't been in a few years & decided to go on Valentine's Day. Our waitress wasn't attentive at all, never came to check on us, and failed to get our order correct multiple times. I'll always come back to eat, just hoping for better service, the next time around

Red Crab was a vibe! Great location and amazing staff. Big shoutout to the bartender. She kept my Hennessy with a lime coming. The hot honey wings were a work of art. Idk how they mixed them two flavors but it was perfect. The lemon pepper wangs (yes I spelled it like that) were the best I've ever had. All of this is affordable too. I will be back Wednesday for karaoke and .99 cent drinks #EatGoodAndBeHappy

Met up with a friend who lives nearby on a random day. It wasn't crowded, but it was definitely happy hour! On top of their already existing specials, they have daily evenings of delight, such as Margarita Mondays, Beer Tuesdays, and a free drink if you sing for karaoke on Wednesdays (SAY LESS!). There's plenty of seating inside... I wonder if it ever gets full? My friend and I sat next to a window, and started looking at the menu. They had hush puppies -- who doesn't love those?! We got an order and decided to get some margaritas too. Strong drinks, flavorful hush puppies... so far so good! I also decided to get the Red Crab House wings... which are their chicken wings with the seasoning they use for their famous seafood boils. I WAS NOT READY!!! They came in a giant air-filled plastic bag just like the seafood boils, and... they were... so delicious!! Those flavors were really hitting! I had to run to the bathroom at one point during our time there, and I saw a whole other section of seating plus a whole other bar. The place really IS huge! I remember when it was Red Sky a long long time ago... I went for brunch. I guess I forgot the size. Anyways, I will definitely be back... especially for karaoke, though I currently can't do it because I have dodgeball on Wednesdays. Wait until it's over! I can't wait to return!

I hate to only give this place four stars, but I just can't do five. The ONLY two bad things:1) I got the Fried Catfish. Either it's just not my thing or it was way too salty and greasy. I'm really hoping the former. It wasn't terrible but it was not great.2) The music. Not my thing and that's fine. But I asked our waitress to turn it down just a bit and I don't think she did. Was way too loud for my taste. Aside from those two issues, this really seems like a good place. Lots of seafood of course. But they also offered, oddly, fried rice and some other 'off-topic' dishes. Our waitress was really polite and attentive. So definitely will not complain about the service. I don't know if my buddy and I will return, but we did give it a try. If we go I know I'll try a different main dish.

Let me preface this 3 star rating by stating that the food is delicious. Best fried wings I have tasted since the carryout in my NJ hometown. The karaoke night vibe is very fun, very lit. However, the service was deplorable! Teen or young adult employees with no sense of urgency, decorum or hospitality. They went missing for extending periods of time leaving my family to fend for ourselves most of the evening. The manager was very apologetic and offered every compensation in her power.

Definitely good for the food! We ended up here on a Wednesday which is Karaoke night and that was pretty intense because we didn't expect it at all. There's a whole club vibe going on ins the back space. Service was as god as it could be I suppose due to the menu (if you get what I'm saying). This place would be good on a more mellow night with friends or an outing with family. I had the Philly cheesesteak and wings. The sandwichwas really good but the wings could have definitely used more seasoning to be Cajun. The youngest had whiting and fries he thoroughly enjoyed! And the oldest has the Buffalo chicken Po-Boy, of which I heard no complaints about. All the food was at a good temperature and the order was accurate.

Everything about Red Crab House is AMAZING! I've tried to eat my way through the entire menu & had to give up. For Happy Hour, the appetizers are a fantastic value and incredibly delicious! Every drink is expertly crafted! The service is phenomenal! The music adds to the ambiance of The Red Crab House. If, I had to give this restaurant, a grade; it's a 10 out of 10!

I have been a customer of the Red Crab House for several years and have always had delightful experiences, from food to customer service. To my surprise, after not visiting this establishment for a few years, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I highly recommend some customer service training. If you visit this establishment, consider ordering your food to go to avoid the disappointment and dispear of poor service.
