Very long wait on New Years Day but it was worth it for the very good food! I had a great French dip - it was delish- not oily and perfect to reheat for lunch the next day. I started with a fabulous French onion soup! The sweet potato fries were fabulous. My husband enjoyed his beer. It's a family based crowd lacking diversity.

I recently visited Red Brick Station and overall had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was inviting and warm, with a cozy, relaxed vibe that made for an enjoyable setting to dine in.For my meal, I ordered the fish and chips. I found that the batter was overwhelmingly thick--so much so that it was more batter than fish, with the fish making up about 25% of the total portion. It would have been better if there had been a more balanced ratio between the two. When the dish is brought out initially, you see two big pieces of fish extending over the plate only to find out it's all better and barely small pieces inside.I also tried the grilled jerk chicken tenders, which were flavorful and tasty. I wish they came in an entree option instead of dress a starter. They give you four for $14 and it did it include any fries or small sides either which was a bit disappointing given the price and expectations. One area which could certainly use improvement was the service. Our server disappeared multiple times during our visit, and it wasn't just us--other customers were also seen searching for the waiter's attention. This definitely impacted the overall dining experience. All in all, Red Brick Station has some potential, but there are areas where attention to detail and service could really elevate the experience.

I decided to get crabcakes from several different places on this trip home. I have to say, out of the four place I went, Redbrick has the best soup and crabcakes. The wait was about an hour to get seated, but that not an issue especially considering we had seven in our party and there are many things to do at the Avenue. The hostesses were sweet and helpful. Our waitress did a phenomenal job taking care of us. She was quick with refills and always stopping by to check on us. Redbrick has their own brewery ( at least I think so ) and they have a Stout that taste very good. Stouts are great when it is cold like this time of year.I'm hoping Redbrick will package soup up to be shipped. If so, I have big ask for my cousins. :)

Oh my gosh I am so full! Traveling once again and thought I only had a piece of toast so I am so hungry This is the place to satisfy that hunger and thirst. Btw I am only the navigator and not the driver. So beverages included the Avenue Ale for my spouse and I had the Red Brick Station Flight followed up by a Pumpkin Spice Ale for dessert. Got to have that! Service was quick and our server Kristi H. was so pleasant and friendly. She actually put up with my humor aka Pumpkin Ale was my dessert. Her smile was so worth the stop. Here is a warning two hungry and thirsty traveling will be stopping again. The brewery/ restaurant is an old Firehouse decor from the area. So worth the stop!

Stopped in for a late lunch during Friday happy hour. The two of us sat at the bar. This place is huge. We eventually won the server over and he loosened up. The drafts were outstanding. I had two of the copper colored IPA and my wife had the nitrogen injected stout. The pretzels and beer cheese was a delicious appetizer. My flatbread of bacon, avocado, and micro greens was excellent and my wife throughly enjoyed her Greek salad. This restaurant is out of our normal range of activity (this is our second visit in several years) , but a great stop after having a CT scan at nearby Hopkins.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon. Sat outside and watched the people ice skate which was fun. Our server was nice but I think she had a lot of tables because she didn't come back until after a long time. We didn't have silverware or napkins or any condiments on our table. We had to ask for it from another server. My fish sandwich wasn't seasoned and the lettuce was wilted and heavily breaded. There was no tartar sauce so I had to ask for that too. Ambiance was A+ but food quality was a C and service was a C. I would eat here again or recommend it. I'm not sure. Maybe I'll try it again in another 6 months.

Visiting family in MD and came over to The Avenue shopping area for dinner. Picked Red Brick Station. Decor is great and the ambiance is upscale brew pub. The hostess was warm and friendly when we were seated. We definitely felt welcomed. Our server was efficient and attentive. The food was all good. We had old bay wings (boneless) and artichoke dip to start. Dip was really nice. Wings were good, but not even really a hint of old bay flavor. My Dad got ribs which were excellent as I got to try them. I ordered the twin crab cakes which were good. Cole slaw had a sour taste to it so I skipped it. Cocktail sauce was on point. Overall, a good experience, but I def wasn't blown away.

I'm surprised this (currently) has a 3* rating. Went on Monday night and we were able to walk into a decently buzzing place and get a spot at the bar where people were also cycling in and out.Even for the chips and salsa, alone, I'm a fan of this place. Thick salted chips, and freshly made salsa hit the spot for me! Fish sandwich was a good-sized portion. Cole slaw (subbed for fries) was a good balance of mayo vs vinegar and also fresh. The burger was good, I hear. Also juicy. Mushrooms didn't have much flavor...a little salt/pepper went a long way. Twas nice to sub the fries for broccoli (a little overcooked but not terrible). So, back to this overall rating. Is this a fine dining establishment? No. Is it a solid bar with good food, fair prices and friendly, attentive service? YES! We've been before and sat out on their patio, which was great. They also have a large dining room. With great nightly specials (Monday was 50% off burgers) and an established, family-owned restaurant, what's not to love?!

Our waiter was amazing and very sweet. Food was good. Our table was dirty and hadnt been wiped down before we were sat though. The restaurant wasn't busy at lunch time but it did take a little while for our food to come out. It was clean. The bathrooms were clean. I do love this restaurant.
