Horrible customer service. I didn't recieve my requested pizza delivery order while sitting home with my sick child. I was told that if that wasn't what I wanted I needed to come bring the wrong pizza back when the point of delivery was that I didn't want to leave out. Was then told they'll get back to me in 5-7 business days.

New Raven's Pizza is very good. We purchased the meat lover's which is my favorite! The cheese pizza is great for kids who don't want all the extra toppings. Service was quick. The ambiance needs a little better upkeep. Maybe a good power wash on the door and just general cleanliness. I'm not from MD so this was the best pizza I've had since I've been here. It's pick up or delivery, no dine in option.

Fast and friendly delivery. Always nice taking orders over the phone or in person. Love the cheese steaks and Italian subs. Fries are nice and crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

Nasty Motherfuckers Unbelievable I call these people back at raven's pizza number one. The pizza was cold number 2. There's some type of bug eggs on my food I ask them to come get it. The Person I talk to I. Don't? Know if. They? Are manager or what but. He cussed me out and hung up in my ear. These people really need to get shut down for being so dirty and I still have the pizza and the department of health is going to really hear from this and they're going to get shut down people please do not eat hair period

Besides pizza, they have the best cheeseburger and fries for under $10. It's a double cheeseburger that I have a hard time eating in one sitting. Order it with everything to get spicy onions, lettuce, and sauce. I eat about 2 of these a week. Also, you wouldn't think getting a seafood platter at a pizza place a good idea, but theirs is fabulous for $15, with fried oysters, clams, shrimp, and fish.

I just ordered a shrimp cheesesteak combo with fries and an orange soda. cheesesteak plain with only provolone cheese. no fries and no soda.I also, ordered another shrimpcheese steak combo, with only provolone, mushroom, onions, and green peppers, no fries and no soda,my 10 piece Buffalo wings were dry and over cooked.. for 49.00 when I called i asked the guy to slow down talking because he was rushing over explaining and I needed to know what I was ordering which he replied the correct order and the price??? I continued to ask him explain my order..when I got my food I had to call and explained several times and they gonna say that's not what I ordered..THEY HAVE GONE DOWN TO SHIT!!! I HOPE THEY DONT HAVE ONE CUSTOMER THAT WANTS TO ORDER FROM THEM.. sad I've been ordering for over 13 hrs.. the customer service has gone to shit! and they don't care! But, quick to snatch a customers money

Their customer service is terrible! Our food arrived extremely cold like it had been sitting for a while. It took the order over an hour to be delivered even though we live 5 min away. When we called Ravens Pizza to inquire what happened, they blamed their driver and hung up the phone on us. We will never order from here again.

I ordered a sub, buffalo wings and 2 sodas for $14.99. The guy tried to over charge me. Then i asked for honey wings but the sauce ended all over my sub inside the bad. No sauce on the wings. The place is a dirty hole in the wall. Just completely nasty. Dont eat from these people. The absolute worse!!!
