Quarry Wine & Spirits

Nice clean establishment. Just happened to be in the area. I think I was greeted when I entered but, I was never asked if I could be helped. I found what I needed. The cashier was polite. I was pretty much in and out. I just grabbed a 6 pack of coolers. I would return. It didn't seem to be that pricey to me.

Nice selection of good quality alcohol & the folks that work there are top notch. Have only good things to say about this place

Great service!! Very knowledgeable staff. Always find a nice bourbon here even though the selection isn't super large. Prices aren't bad in general. Picked up a Bardstown Origin with white label which I can not find out easily. Also found Malort which I didn't buy but sounds interesting. Does anyone like this product???

Total Wine let's you browse the store still even with COVID-19 going on. This place stops you at the front door and asks what you want and they go get it. I've also found there prices are about 25% higher than other liquor stores. Probably due to this being a more wealthier area, still it's a bunch of bs.

Very good selection on beer and wine. Prices a bit high but to be expected based on location.

There was a tasting with Calvert brewery here and I had a great time! It's always fun to try local craft. Will be back!

I have always had positive experiences here! Great selection of wine and liquor. A decent selection of beer. They have deals here all the time and tastings often! Check it out if you are in the Pikesville area!

I go into Quarry Wine & Spirits about once a week, sometimes for liquor or beer but usually for wine. The store is very aesthetically pleasing and has a nice selection of wines, both domestic and imported. They have a great selection of wines from Sonoma County and all over California, while also offering popular Argentinean and Australian Wines. There is a wine there for all palettes and all price ranges. They have a plethora of excellent wines for under $20 including some of my favorites - Layer Cake Shiraz (Australia), Silver Palm Cabernet Sauvignon (California), Robert Mondavi 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (California). The prices for liquor and beer is a little more expensive than most places but their prices for wine are on point with other stores. Most importantly, the staff knows what they are talking about. There is one employee there who I always ask for recommendations. I'll tell him "I'm cooking ribeye with grilled asparagus" and he will recommend a good bottle of red. Additionally, they will order you anything you want, without a formal obligation to buy the entire case.

This liquor store has the highest prices of any local wine and spirit shop, has a substandard "rewards" program, charges differing prices to various customers (with a "friends and family" discount seemingly applied at random), and refuses to honor internet coupons. No longer recommended.
