Pure Raw Juice - Towson

I got one of the acai bowls. I've been here before and loved their bowls. However, this time I got some different kind of granola and was not a fan. It's their regular granola and I don't remember it tasting the way it did. This one had seeds in it. Not a fan. Would try the hemp granola next time, which is an extra charge.

Cute restaurant. The staff are always polite and welcoming. Pure raw doesn't sell wraps and this location doesn't have oatmeal. But if you're looking to get a good smoothie, fresh juice or "smoothie" bowl this is the place to go. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the smoothie makers often get caught up in conversation and will make your smoothie at their convenience.

This is a quaint juicery located on York Rd. They have multiple locations around the Baltimore area. My favorite smoothies are the Almond Butter Cup and the Beet Me Up. Their cold pressed looked amazing. I got a Flu Shot on my most recent time in and the ginger in the shot uplifts the senses and energizes. Amazing! They do a lot of doordashing so if you have a slight wait, don't worry, the drinks are worth it!!

Stopped in after a Towson campus visit. We ordered two açaí bowls, a juice, and a juice shot. They said the juices can be up to 5 days old so in other words, maybe the nutrients died already from oxidation, maybe they didn't. When the açaí bowls came out, one was fine and seemed to have been freshly made. The other was frozen and chunky. I asked if it was supposed to be like that and was informed that it may have been in true freezer longer than the other one. Somehow they still consider them freshly made even if they've been placed it the freezer for a while. The person working the register seemed like I was a problem when I asked for a freshly made bowl or a refund. The manager came out and asked what the problem was and offered to make another. I got the sense she wasn't happy about it though. The replacement was better but the bowl overall was mid. Pretty sure they forgot some of the toppings too.

This review is only for the tropical smoothie & the Traditional bowl. I was unable to get to the actual location however my son & friend brought me these 2 items which were great!! Although they were a bit melted by the time they got here, I just put them in the freezer for a few hours and they turned back into a nice slush-tropical smoothie with a pleasant mix of fruit flavors and very tasty & refreshing. I'd give the tropical smoothie 4/5 only because I felt it could have had a bit more fruit & less orange juice (personal pref)-size was perfect for the price!The Traditional bowl was delicious! It was actually large enough for me to get 2 meals from! For a price of $9.95/bowl it was packed with fresh fruit (banana, strawberry,blueberries,açaí, coconut) with granola and the blend of fresh fruits to make the smoothie base. Overall I was definitely happy with my choices and recommend this place for a healthy meal or juice or snack. Out of all 3 of us we were all happy with our smoothies and bowls! I will be going to this place myself soon! Definitely give the bowl a 5/5! Now looking forward to finding one opening closer to our house:)Stopped here on 6/12/20 to get my birthday bowl before coupon expired and had bogo. We got a pitaya bowl with mango, strawberries, blueberries, granola, bee pollen & hemp seeds. I tried it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Had a taste that wasn't too sweet but just right. The fruit was cut to perfect size for eating & base was perfect consistency 5/5 I got an açaí traditional bowl with blueberries, strawberries, granola, coconut, & fresh honey. Have had this bowl before but this time it was perfectly made! Not sure who was making the bowls but they nailed both. Thanks for the birthday coupon and I would have come back anyway but you made my day and I ate the entire bowl in one sitting-hard to do. I'm definitely coming back & recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy drink or food item. Definitely 5/5.

The staff is so kind! I love how healthy the options are, but the setup inside can get a little weird if it's crowded. Besides that it's a great location.

I often find myself drooling over Pure Raw's bowl photos on Instagram, as I make my own yogurt bowls at home, with less fancy ingredients haha. I was delighted to finally have the opportunity to try their unique flavor combos, with some ingredients I've never heard of-like Pitaya, and some ingredients I never have in stock-like hemp seeds & matcha powder.We opted to split a Health Nut & a Matcha Mango- both were stacked with toppings, just the perfect amount to blend throughout the base- each had a really bold, yet delicately balanced flavor profile. Very delicious ingredients-fresh fruit-well tasting powders-and crunchy nicely seasoned granolaThe bowls are a nice large size, though at $10 each, I won't become a regular- I would love to go back to try some of the other flavors.

I wandered into this spot for the first time, after picking up an order from a neighboring restaurant. Nice environment, friendly-enough staff, nice music to listen to while you wait. Speaking of.. the wait time was a little long with just two people ahead. The drink was worth it, I believe. Got a tasty tropical smoothie on a hot summer day, so all's well that ends well.

Still love pure raw, but recently it's been very inconsistent and slow service. I ordered two protein bowls and one was filled 1/3 less than normal. These are not cheap items so it was rather annoying. The flavor was also very lacking from how it normally tastes-- almost like watered down with too much mylk/not enough açaí or almond butter. I recommend ordering ahead of time on the app or you may be waiting 20+ minutes.
