i come here with my sisters almost every time I visit! the staff is friendly, service is quick and efficient and their bowls are yummy!! i definitely think it's worth the price and recommend stopping by. there's not a lot of seating, but i didn't expect there to be since it's located inside the mall.

I am a LOVER of acai!! I have always went to the other locations in the city religiously, but then this one opened close to me and I was really excited. They serve smoothie bowls and smoothies. They have juices and shots that are made in house. There is some seating but I believe due to Covid they are restricted a little. There is also a bathroom towards the back. The issue with this one is the service isn't as up to par as the other two locations. In my opinion, the Riverside location truly shows they care about you and are very personable. This locations sometimes the younger adults are talking or didn't pay attention to your order so something may be incorrect. Just not consistent is what I see. This last time I went was probably the best time other than the grand opening they had. My order was correct, received a greeting when coming in and a greeting when I was leaving. They even made sure my granola is only on the bottom as I asked!! I truly hope to give this place a 5 star sometime soon!

I was utterly disappointed today at the lack of customer service by the employees not just to me but to other customers as well. In short, the two employees working today (one was preparing the order and the other was taking orders) were unfriendly and didn't seem like they wanted to be there at all. Their energy was dismal, tone of voice was monotone, and not one of them said Thank you or Have a great day or See you again soon. The açaí and pitaya bowls were beautifully prepared and tasted consistently delicious as I've ordered these before. This is the only reason I rated the visit two stars because it would have been one.The owner and management should be ashamed. They really need to step it up and keep on training employees to win customers over by being positive, friendly, and energetic especially at a business that sells healthy, nutritious food. Perhaps these two employees need a juice cleanser to excise their negativity or a green smoothie to boost their energy levels. 'Cause if they keep on going with their sad attitudes, ain't no one gonna wanna come here. And with local businesses suffering with the recent economy, this one ain't gonna last. On Saturday, April 11, Yelp communities around the country are coming together for Yelp's Big Night In to support local businesses. The best!! I've tried so many acai places and pure raw remains one of my favorites. Their acai bowls are refreshing and super filling! Favorites are the Hawaiian and the matcha mango bowl. I also love their pressed juices and smoothies!! I always order from here for a snack or energy boost at work :)

Delicious açaí bowls! You get a large bowl for $10, I thought it was well worth the price (knowing that açaí bowls are usually around $10 anyway). I had the traditional bowl, and would definitely order again. Also enjoyed the decor and friendly service! Definitely check it out if you are in the area and like açaí bowls.
