Prima Pizza & Subs

The food is good the service is sweet and the ambiance is kicked back ! Five stars!! I was impressed at the speed of service and the food !

So I ordered food for delivery through the slice app from this local pizza ⊂ shop. I placed my order at 1 PM and did not receive my food for over 2 hours. After I received the food the order was missing things and other parts were just wrong. I definitely won't be ordering again because the restaurant was like well you can come get the replacement items and I'm like I ordered delivery for a reason.

I don't know if they have new owners or what but their service is absolutely horrible. I have ordered food 4 times from this place and they ALWAYS forget something. Even after you have had them re-read ya order back to you. Then on top that they take forever to get your food to you. I live 10 mins away and it took them over 1 hr and 1/2 on a Wednesday evening??? Now the food is always good. No complaints there, but the service is another story.

This was my go to carry out spot. Earlier today My sister &I placed an order for delivery. I ordered a shrimp cheese steak..she got an Italian cold cut. When our food arrived the fries were cold and soggy. The shrimp that they used were the little can shrimp and they were dehydrated looking. My sis lunch meat on her sandwich was ROTTEN!! you could smell that it was spoiled. When she called to complain the lady that answered the phone stated" you're like the 3rd person who said that" SO WHY TF WOULDN'T THE OWNER REPLACE THE MEAT!!!!! I WILL BE CALLING THE health dept and whomever else I need to contact. This place is going to KNOWINGLY make someone sick because he don't want to throw away rotten meat. I guarantee he wouldn't eat the ish himself.

I go in here and I'm picking up an order and I can see through the window this man is making a sandwich digging his whole hand in the green peppers in the cheese with no gloves on making the food. This is crazy I cannot make this up

What is this?!?? Is this suppose to be rice pudding? And room temperature. Super disappointing. And $4 for basically icing. Lol not ok.

I ordered carry out and let me just say the food was Garbage! The steak for the cheese steak tasted like wet moldy wash cloth. It was so grease filled it made my stomach turn. The only bright spot was the young lady who answered the phone was very nice and polite besides the fact that she didn't have much common sense! Don't waste your time or money when a premium restaurant Pizza Johnson is just 2 blocks down the street.

ZERO STARS. horrible customer service. I live 10 mins away and they took over 90 mins for a 45 min estimation. I tried to cancel my order at 70 mins, 85 mins, and 90 mins. Do not order.

Ordered two large pizzas last week. This was the 1st time trying Prima Pizza. My husband and I both share the same opinion......this was the WORST pizza that we have ever had. It tastes just like those cheap $1.50 frozen pizzas in the grocery store. Both pizzas went in the trash.

This place is the worst. The guy that takes orders is rude and condescending when trying to place an order over the phone.Because of this I decide to visit the location and place an order. I walked in, and walked straight out. It was ATROCIOUS. I will NEVER order here again , they truly need to work on their costumer service and cleanliness .
