Prigel Family Creamery - Baltimore

The ambiance of this whole shopping center passed the vibe check. But the customer service is lacking quite a bit. I stood at the counter for a few before being greeted which is fine and expected however I didn't realize they only took card and only had cash on me. I had to call a friend to send me the few dollars which took a few minutes. The issue I had are the faces that were being made. It's uncalled for and rude. Will I go back for the ice cream yes but not because of the subpar service I received. In a climate like the one we're in customer service can really make or break the experience and unfortunately for me it has put a damper on mine.

Caramel pretzel ice cream is what caught my attention on the menu board. I'm an ice cream lover. I stopped here while waiting for my food from another stall to be prepared. There were only a couple of workers but, they were very friendly and attentive. This is a small stall as are most of the stalls in this location. I only purchased a small portion since I'm not really supposed to have much sugar so it was a kids sized scoop for me. This ice cream was delicious. I will definitely return when I decide that I want some ice cream. Check it out if you're at the square. You won't be disappointed.

I love Prigel! This creamery always is the highlight of my week because I would always try to stop here on the weekend. I usually get ice cream or a shake and they never disappoint. Great serving sizes for what you pay and you can also buy their homemade ice cream and milk there! Lovely place to go and I'm glad I get to try it.

The ice cream is incredibly good. Cookies and cream is my favorite. My daughter loves the mint chocolate chip (which they were out of here). This is a booth in Belvedere market. Lots of cheeses and other foods.

The cookies and cream was to die for!!!better than bmore licks in my opinion :)My ice cream was served with quickly and served with a smile. I really love the ambiance of the market - reminds me that my community is much bigger than I thought!

We love having PFC ice cream at our beloved Belvedere Square! It is so delicious and we may or may not be flying through stamps on the loyalty card :) We've tried their milkshakes (huge and heavenly), cones (fresh and yummy), and today we got sundaes. My daughter went with a 2 scoop create your own sundae and I had a single scoop brownie sundae and both were huge and running over with toppings! If you're in the square treat yo self!

Again, I have to rave about this place bc the ice cream is of such excellent quality as are the rest of the fare (gourmet cheeses, baked goods, crackers, brunch specials...) and most especially as is the charming staff! Team captain, Becca, helped me with my order today. She's an energetic, dedicated, charming team leader who loves her Company and shares that love with customers. She told me about the upcoming incredible Easter ice cream pies/cakes of all flavors! They can be ordered online. Now that sure beats boiled eggs! Lol When you go, also pick up one of the ice cream pies presently being offered and on display in the cooling showcase! I'm getting one after Lent completes! What a way to celebrate with the family! All in all, an amazing family creamery and a family of amazing team members who serve the most delish dishes and really value the customer!

I tried a scoop of the strawberry ice cream. No artificial colors, so it's a white base with bits of berries. It's not overly sweet, and the strawberry flavor was very subtle. The ice cream base is very creamy, with a bit of chewiness -- pleasant enough. But in a $5 scoop of fruity ice cream, I'd like the fruit to be fairly front and center.

Got a brownie sundae & it was great! Customer service was exceptional and very appreciated. Also, convenient location so we were able to get lunch and then get some dessert.

Just wanted to share... if you haven't tried a charcuterie board at Prigel Family Creamery you're missing out! This board was $26.50 and feeds 2 people. Delicious and the girls working were very knowledgeable on the meats and cheeses and made great suggestions. This was perfect for a light Saturday night dinner.
