I hate it when everyone else seems to be enjoying their meal and mine is all... inedible...First off, I'm not sure if they do dine in but we dined in. There's a chalkboard that says, "no dine in" but my mother wasn't taking that as an answer. She asked the people behind the counter if we could dine in. They didn't seem to understand. She asked again, they said yes. She continued to explain about the blackboard, they said yes again. There are only like three booths available. The other booths are covered with supplies.No one came to take our order, but that's common at take out places. My mom and boyfriend ordered at the counter, came back to the booth and waited about a half hour. Finally I noticed there weren't any cooking sounds, and sent my boyfriend to check on our order and it was all bagged up for pickup/take out. Personally, I feel like at this point we had been shown the door twice by their unwelcoming behavior. I would have left, but my mom doesn't think like me.She, of course, loved her chicken avocado wrap. And gave them an extra $5 tip, though they did not understand why, even though she told them it was because she loved the wrap. No matter how much she loved it, it certainly wasn't worth $15. And if she was looking to spend that kind of money, why did she order off the Specials menu?My boyfriend got s lamb gyro which was doused in tzaziki and delicious. It came with fries, which i ate until I encountered one that tasted raw. That flavor permeated my entire mouth and ruined my life... he also got a fried fish sandwich that was just a fish patty, deep fried, on a big roll.I ordered naked wings with honey mustard sauce. They were hammered. Tough, like jerky. It pains me to throw away food, especially something that is usually considered a treat. The meat got caught between my teeth. Food should not be physically painful to eat.If you're looking for a good meal, I recommend you go further down Eastern Ave to Pippos. Don't bother with this place.

The food and drinks are overpriced, so when you pay with a credit card, you will also have" ccpf " of $1added on your bill!Not knowing what that is, I asked one of the employees and he informed me that was credit card processing fee. Now that is the last time I come here !

We have been ordering from here for months spending way over $70 at a time but these last two months the bread on my sub was hard on one side (I did not request for my bread to be toasted). Last month was the first time getting my sub with hard bread (only on 1 end). I let it go without contacting anyone figuring that it was a one time occurrence. Two weeks ago we ordered subs and once again the bread on the end of my sub was hard. I decided to reach out because this was ridiculous. When I called I was told that nothing could be done because the manager was not there. I said that was fine but that I would like to hear from the manager. I called this past weekend (to speak to the manager) and was asked "he didn't call you? I gave him the message"). The guy said that he'd leave another message for him, and here I am pretty much 2 weeks later with not a single call or attempt to reach out to me!

So I've been trying different foods from Pranzi and I managed to give them a "GO" on one of my most favorite foods...My Italian cold cut like this cold cut requires pizazz for me to not complain....There is only one other place in Baltimore County that I will ever eat an Italian cold cut from and that is Canella's....But here it is Pranzi's delivered my cold-cut with my onions sliced thin like I love them,my shredded lettuce and my bread soft. The only thing missing was my light wet hots but that was minor. My son eats this cold-cut the same way and let me tell you it was amazing. I didn't get a chance to take photos the Stromboli was amazing and the whole wings were perfect. I can tell you I believe we found our Friday spot because we order out on Fridays....The delivery is quicker than the expected time....Give these babies a try and tip...tip...tip them y'all

I've ordered from Pranzi twice on the Slice app. Both times, my order was delivered promptly at the earliest time of the projected delivery window and the food was fabulous! Since moving to the area, I've tried a few pizza spots and this is the best so far. Pizza is flavorful and has a good balance of crust, sauce and toppings. We really enjoyed the Meat Lover's pizza. Also tried the cream of crab soup, which surprisingly had a good amount of lump crabmeat. Haven't dined in, but delivery has been great so far.

Overall, good food and good service at a good price. Tables weren't the cleanest so I'd suggest carry out. I stopped in for some lunch while my car was being serviced next door (Hawthorne BiRite garage-see my review). The staff was courteous and helpful and took my order immediately. I ordered the Chicken Gyro special with fries and soda for $9.99. Not bad. My order took about 10 minutes. The fires were simply okay and nothing out of the ordinary to make them stand out. The gyro was huge with a generous amount of chicken. The flavor was good, but the white sauce was bland and not the best I've had. Overall, a fairly good lunch in a pinch. I'd visit again but wouldn't go out of my way.

I just wanted to say I have ordered pizza on several occasions with Pranzi Pizza in Middle River, Essex, MD 21220 on Eastern Blvd. and it is always FANTASTIC! Their ingredients are so fresh, and the pizza has a DELICIOUS flavor. The dough is so fresh too! Reminds me of my noni's homemade pizza!I am always impressed with their delivery time as well. You get the pizza exactly when they tell you it will arrive, and it is always hot. The delivery people are always nice and courteous! The price is VERY REASONABLE! They throw in freebies too! I ordered 2 pizzas and got 2 sodas FREE!THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EATEN IN MANY YEARS!! I'm Italian and I know great pizza when I taste it!Thank you to the staff of Pranzi Pizza!

Been ordering there every other Friday evening for 3 years. Tonight I get a sub with more lettuce than meat. Call to talk to manager and her told, "well that's our normal amount". Ok you didn't ask me what subs we had to even know what I was talking about. Not sure we will order from there again.
