Some of the best chicken I've ever had. Super flavorful and filling. 20 dollars for two large pieces of chicken + two sides of your choice. Also you can choose between Dark and white meat which is GREAT. Got delivery from Uber eats and it came really fast, so I can assume their service is fast. Great meal for a weeknight or a cozy night in!

A must if you're craving Peruvian chicken. It was my first time at the physical location - I've gotten delivery from here so many times, it's probably embarrassing but there's nothing I love more than peruvian chicken. The location is hard to get to by car - it's by the PowerPlant in inner harbor so parking is tricky. The store itself is huge - and the best part about going in person is their sauce station - when you get delivery they charge you per small container of their amazing aioli and green salsa - but not in person, they have lot of little containers and you can fill as many cups as you want for your salsa, and I'm a saucy girl. I got the half chicken (white and dark meat and their plantains and yucca. It was a dark cold day and there were a lot of people coming in and out, it's a popular spot for sure. The staff is fast and efficient, not the best at answering any questions you have but it's the place you come when you know exactly what you're getting.

My co-workers, along with myself, are absolutely in love with Poyoteca!An order was placed for 12 of us at 10:45am to be picked up at 11:45am. When I arrived at the restaurant, all the meals were hot and ready. Customer service was great! The manager helped me carry the bags to the car and was excited and grateful for our business. The restaurant is clean, very well maintained. The food, oh the food! No other word needs to be described, but delicious! I had the vegetable sample, and I chose 4 sides for $10.99. My black beans were flavorful and yummy. Loved my Brussels and carrots, the balsamic glaze, delish! Plantains and Mac and Cheese, oh so good! Every single co-worker loved their choices as well. Two said the rotisserie chicken was some of the best they had.If you're in Baltimore, love Peruvian food, go, just go!

Came by here recently and was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was!Poyoteca's on the corner near Power Plant. The inside is spacious and inviting with large booths. All the food is on display for you to choose, and it's a great way to take a peek before you order. Dozens of chickens spin on a rotisserie and smell fantastic.With so many delicious-looking options, we got a family meal (whole chicken and three large sides) as well as a Vegetarian Sampler (comes with four sides of your choosing). It was a LOT of food, and we had plenty leftovers. The chicken was well seasoned and moist. We loved every cut we tried. All the sides we tried were great, but some standouts:-fried yucca: sometimes can be too dry or not cooked enough, but these were perfectly fluffy and crispy.-plátanos: perfectly charred and sweet. I could eat these for days.-brussels sprouts and carrots: when I first saw this on the menu, I shrugged, but these were *fried* brussels sprouts with a delicious balsamic glaze and I wish I had ordered a larger size!-black beans: so delicious and well-seasoned. I was amazed how good these were!Don't forget to grab some sauces for dipping! They have a yellow mild sauce that seems mayonnaise-based, and a medium spicy salsa verde. I think both are a must.The folks behind the counter were fast and got our food prepped fast. Just in time, because by the time we had sat down to eat, more and more people poured in for dinner. Looks like the secret's out - great Peruvian chicken and yummy sides to be had at Poyoteca!

Grabbed lunch at the inner harbor and decided to try Poyoteca (Great name by the way). Ordered the Half rotisserie chicken, with arroz chaufa (fried rice), black beans and a side of fried yucca (extra). Then, noticed the Brisket Burrito on the menu and I decided to try it out.The chicken was "mid" as the kids say but this yucca was extraordinary. It's not often that a side dish outshines the main course but this yucca! Flavorful, light, crispy exterior. Soft and creamy interior, just perfection! Crunchy BUT melts-in-your-mouth! These people are wizards!The Burrito comes with your choice of chicken, brisket, vegetarian or vegan, along with long grain rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream all wrapped in a flour tortilla. I got the brisket and Holy cow! This thing was gooood! Succulent beef brisket, cooked to perfection, harmonizing flawlessly with Peruvian spices and flavors that dance on the palate. It's a culinary masterpiece! That was a bit much but it is good!Definitely worth another visit.

Poyoteca was just something we strolled into, and we were pleasantly surprised.I got the quarter dark plate and my fiance got the Saltado (?) bowl. I really enjoyed my plate and added Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. The sauce was really good on the side!! The chicken was really tender and juicy to me. I was a fan. It tasted like a nice, home meal. My fiance wasn't a big fan of the bowl so we'd skip that but he was a huge fan of the brussels.

Ordered lunch today through Grubhub .... Service was fast and my food arrived nice and hot. The chicken and sauces were absolutely amazing .... The chicken rice was dry and not flavorful at all. The carrots and Brussels were just ok this time. I order a quarter chicken white I must say I do wish I'd gotten a half.

Love the Brisket Tacos!!! I was very doubtful of the taste but I was in for a yummy surprise!!! I also had the alfajores, always a nice treat. Looking forward to trying more items in the menu. Staff provided with nice costumer service.

I will be back to run through this menu. Service was fast, ladies behind the glass were all nice. Food was fresh and gets changed out in a good pace. Seating was large enough booths. 11am or 11.30 start time is even better.

Well....where do I begin....my stomach hurts, no for real...it's hurting. The picture aesthetically looks fantastic doesn't it? But the food was lacking flavor...and I feel bad because it doesn't compare to another restaurant I have been spoiled by. But ya gotta come close! I feel absolutely deceived the ALL the 5 star ratings that tricked me into confidently selecting this restaurant. The Mac and Cheese was bland, the Brussels sprouts had an interesting taste and the rice was real Rice-a-Roni. And the kicker...the chicken wasn't hittin'. Now maybe it was the after Christmas B crew staff that manning the fort - and they would have rather been home than at work...because that's what it tasted like. Never going back, want my money back...damn...I had high hopes.
