The 4pm question "What's for dinner?" has a surprisingly good and simple answer: Poulet. Those wondering "What's for breakfast?" can say the same. Poulet. A friend has been raving about their breakfast burritos for some time. After a 7am meeting, my son and I went, for the first time at breakfast, to see what the fuss is all about. We each ordered a burrito and a side. The burrito is a mash up of eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes and vegetables. I honestly did not know what to expect. When the items were presented, I was stunned at the size of the product. Even more amazing was the confluence of flavor leading me to proclaim Poulet's breakfast burrito is the best I've ever enjoyed! Service is friendly and efficient. The breakfast menu is limited but solid. The joint is Casual Chic and seating is available. We sure miss the Timonium spot but access to this location is just as easy and convenient.

Mt favorite sides are Mc a review the scalloped potatoes, creamed spinach, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy! The chicken pot pies are also great!

Came on a Friday for a very late lunch at 3pm. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as it was my first time. Got a bourbon chicken platter with sweet potato tots and green beans. Got a pulled pork sandwich for my husband, both to go. Pork sandwich was pretty good, meat was tender sauce was ok. The bourbon chicken was chicken cubes with a sauce on it - again, sauce was just ok. The tots were great - soft yet textured. Green beans were underseasoned. Parking was fine out front and there were a handful of people enjoying ice cream at the tables.

I was in the mood for ice cream and near this place so decided to check it out. I only tried the ice cream but at first glance this place is pretty different. I love that you can grab food in almost a cafeteria style way. The ice cream was great, however there were some ice chips within the ice cream so it makes me feel like maybe it wasn't super fresh. The service and atmosphere were nice and I would like to try the food.

ordered a burger and the Hispanic guy who cooked the pattie was extremely nasty and disgusting, he had his gloves on but kept on wiping off the sweat. See photo for the rest of the review

Great choices, large portions and tasty food! I am not a fan of their self service venue because there are so many choices and with the inevitable crowd, the pressure is on!

What a great place. Top-notch "fast casual" from before it was cool. Very consistent through the years too. Great chicken and sides, great salads, wide variety of juices and drinks, plus - sshhh - secretly the best homemade ice cream in the Baltimore area (only about 10-15 flavors but they are staggeringly great). Only downside is occasionally the chicken can be a little dry, though not usually - depends on turnover and timing. But the prices are right for the size and quality of what they offer. Nice folks too.

Yesterday we were in the area and after reading some reviews, decided to try Poulet Fresh. I got a salad and my husband got the chicken salad wrap. The food was a great disappointment. My husband said the chicken salad wrap was ok. My salad was anything but fresh. The lettuce was all brown, the onions and tomatoes were mush. Needless to say, not returning.

I am totally perplexed by all of the negative reviews on here... I've been coming to Poulet for years and have never had a bad experience. I live in NYC now but I always make sure to stop in when I visit Maryland. I was just in the other day and all of the food was very fresh, even the pre-made salads in the fridge. Moreover, everything is peanut/tree nut free which is quite remarkable and wonderful for everyone with nut allergies (I am one of them.) Their ice cream is homemade and the vegan Coconut Berry is one of the best vegan ice cream's I've had. Everyone is always incredibly friendly and attentive. I think unfortunately this place seems to attract some angry trucker types due to location, hence the bad reviews One thing I'm upset about is that I realized that they no longer have crepes. This is a bit disappointing as I haven't been able to eat crepes at a creperie due to possible cross contamination with peanut butter/etc. and Poulet was nut free. Please bring back the crepes!
