Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I never thought of writing a review before but this place deserves it, the food is amazing!! I went to buy some chicken a few days ago and the employees there were very friendly even though some of them don't speak English well they know how to do their job, such an amazing people! The place was clean and nice I had a great time hope to see them soon.

11.2.23Ordered a 5 pc signature chicken 2 can dine which included 2 regular sides and 2 biscuits. Arrived around 5:15 on a Thursday evening and the drive thru was packed so I went inside. Two people were in line in front of me and when it was my turn, the staff at the register left for a few minutes to fill orders. The staff were backed up and couldn't keep up with the demand. My guess is that staff were attending to the drive thru which had more customers than inside.When I left, the shopping center was packed and congested due to everyone waiting for the traffic light. Definitely a day to test my patience and I had very little.Fortunately my chicken, biscuit, and fries were delish. It may have been one of the freshest orders I have ever had.

To use a overused phrase, I love that chicken from Popeyes. I think it is a fantastic, flavorful meal for a moderately reasonable price.

Not much good to say. I have tried the place many times and it just never gets better. The chicken was so dry I had to drink water to get it down. The gravy was salty and watery. Dry biscuits and mealy warm mashed potatoes. I'm done with Popeyes.

Wow, the service here really has some work to do. I ordered a 8 pieces of chicken and it took about 20 minutes to get it. It was all sitting there, but it took so long to get to actually fulfilling my order. I just don't get it because it seemed like there were enough workers, but they weren't organized? Either way, it took a long time. Fortunately, the chicken was really good!

Bottom line - less than stellar employees messed up our meal but have also stopped us from ever eating at this particular location again. 1) Wanted to pay by visa yet no one in the drive through could answer whether or not it could be used. How could you not know that?2) Asked for large UNSWEET tea for all orders. Clarified it, double checked and was assured it was unsweet. Surprise! It was ALL sweet. Even for the diabetic who only wanted tea. Some things are truly important, you know? 3) Asked for the extra spicy/crunchy chicken but was given regular. Not life or death but it made a difference to the person it was for.

Located in the shopping center with Royal Farm. Takes both cash and credit card. Does accept Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.If you come here for their chicken sandwiches, please note that the lines will be long. Avoid the drive thru as it will require a much longer line. The staff here are hit or miss. The person taking our order seem friendly. Some staff in the kitchen did not seem happy, but this was during the busy lunch rush.This location opened about less than 1 year ago. Tons of indoor seating. Be on the look for coupons as their pricing is a bit high, but it's common for big chains such as this.The interior appears to be clean. Food is freshly made in the back kitchen.We ordered their spicy chicken sandwich and their original chicken sandwich. We also ordered a few sides from their Cajun rice and their Mac and cheese. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay. Seems like the spicy sauce they use holds the chicken together well. However, they were very cautious in terms of how much sauce they add to their sandwich. Felt like they only used a dime circumference size of sauce on the sandwiches we received. Not impressed by this.Their Cajun rice was probably my favorite item on the entire menu. Good flavor in that dish. Avoid the Mac and cheese. We thought it would be in a thick cheesy sauce. However, it felt like it was instant Mac and Cheese. The sauce was very thin and similar consistency of a cheaper store brand product.I

Service is just awful and every time I go through the drive thru I can never hear the person in the intercom and when I ask them to speak louder they get an attitude. They don't speak loud or clear enough either it's the speakers or they just need to speak up. I come here because it's the most convenient but the people who work there is nothing but rude like we are inconveniencing them.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, was given a regular one. And their was a language barrier between me and the employees

The worst service,very unfriendly,will not go back.It's only chicken.If you go,take it home.
