Plating Grace and Grub

Awesome people and mission and the food was out of this world. They were at our artisan festival in Parkton yesterday. I got the chicken stir fry with the Parisian sauce. I must have said ten times to my friends while I was eating it 'this is so good!'Toward the end of the day I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a different sauce. I didn't eat until I got home later.. I was talking with my sister while eating saying OmG this sooo good!We hope to have them back and the chef and mom and daughter are beautiful humans

Father Leo, a Catholic priest operates this food truck as a non profit enterprise. He is also the head cook and only cook we saw. We investigated the menu and decided to taste test a dish for dinner. We went with the Asian stir fry noodles with shrimps. Basically it was Father Leo's version of the Filipino noodle dish call pancit. His version was absolutely different and better tasting than any pancit I ever had. My wife and I had a nice conversation with Father Leo about using the food truck to generate revenue for his non profit. He was friendly, funny, and humble. Every dish costed $12 which was a little high.

Great food truck with a great mission! You pick your protein and what you want to eat it with , noodles or quesadilla and your sauce! Quesadilla was our favorite!

I have tried the noodle bowl twice with two different sauces. I found that dish was under seasoned. The sauce did not help. There was more noodles and not enough protein.

Wow amazing my wife and I drove an hour well worth it we will definitely do it again in the very near future. Great food reasonably priced

This is premium Food for the soul and a worthy cause. The chicken cuts were just like in the menu thick and juicy. I had the Asian salad that was full of a variety of greens and Just the right amount of dressing/ sauce. Worth a trip to drive to their catering events.

Great food! Great service. Very unique concept and staff was awesome and fun! Quesadilla was fire - with extra spice! It's a little more expensive than other quesadillas, but it's quality and taste is worth it!
