Pizza Ravens

This pizza and sun shop is local in my area and we ordered a cheesesteak sub, lasagna, wings, mozzarella sticks, fries, and carrot cake. The counter service was nice and we enjoyed our food. The ambiance was an average pizza sub shop. Small, soda coolers, and open view to the pizza ovens and such. We enjoyed our food, especially the wings. Oh and the carrot cake was a nice touch too.

Do not order the crab cakes. It's all breading...couldn't find any crab. Should be called a bread cake.

Cheese steak was decent.Delivery driver hounded me for more then a 5 dollar tip for a cheesesteak and a bottle of coke when I live less then 4 miles away. I get the high cost of gas thanks Biden. But the Hyundai he dropped the food off in has to get more then 20 miles to the gallon.maybe it's just me?

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Here is what I sent Uber Eats (mind you I live in Pasadena, MD 21122 RIGHT off of 100 that can get to Pizza Raven by 100 or Mountain Rd in less than 10 mins):At 7:35 just minutes after I placed my order, I received a call from Pizza Ravens staying they don't deliver to my location (even though I live less than 10 minutes away). I asked if they could cancel my order. They said yes and hung up on me. After a few minutes I got an update from my Uber App staying they were making the order. Then another saying it was on its way. That's when I called Pizza Ravens again. I asked why the app said they were making my order and they again acted like I was calling the wrong store (even though I called the number provided by your app). They said that I called the wrong location and that they'd look into the issue. They called me back within a few minutes to yell at me that they had already told me they don't deliver to my location and there's nothing else they can do. I still got charged. I tried multiple times to cancel the order or put in a complaint that I never got my items. I have screenshots of all of this (incoming nag/outgoing calls and Uber's inability to let me cancel/report the order as never receiving the order) and your lack of customer service since everything is automated. I want a refund for the order I was never received. Especially for the lack of professionalism from the restaurant.

Great pizza!Fast delivery and friendly customer service. I have no complaints about my pizza and the process from start to finish. Giving 4 stars because we only ordered pizza and never tried anything else off the menu, which I plan to.

I don't know who answers the phone at this place but their people skills need improvement. If I'm calling with a question about an order, I expect an answer in a kind respective manner. This place however feels as though if you call with a question they have the right to verbally attack you. Terrible customer service, over priced food in an area bountiful of other options. Long story short, go elsewhere, there's a reason for crappy gimmicks (the run down crappy purple painted eyesore of a van) and that gimmick is to have you overlook crappy food.

First time ordering from Pizza Ravens. WOW! Service was great!!! Pizza arrived 45 minutes after ordering and was delicious and piping hot. Will definitely order again.

I LOVE the super Caesar salad and they give you a lot of onion rings with your order. I would recommend this place for pizza also it is just a tad bit greasy but it makes it good.

Pizza is gross. Should of just put some rubber flex seal on it. Would of taste better.

Terrible customer service, one week they will deliver the next they won't and they act like your stupid when you tell them they just delivered. Lost a long time repeat customer because you won't deliver 2.8 miles away.
