Pizza Pleasers

Assalamu 'Alaikum.. I used to work for Will and Herb when they sold the Hollinswood deli to Sohail... My name is Debi Hoey (I was store manager n also tended in the back making subs etc).... .. I worked a short while for Sohail... then left. Just wanted to say... The food is of perfection both taste n health wise... Best fast food around.. better then McDonalds and the like... do try it if you haven't :)

Waited almost 2 hours for my food. Was on hold for over ten minutes to check on the status of my food then was hung up on. Then when my food arrived my food was cold. I called to see what could be done and they gave me the run around. I will never order from there again!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE and check your order before you leave. Something I usually do but this time I didnt. Ordered 2 pizzas and FF online yesterday. One pizza was their White vegetable pizza that has broccoli and tomatoes and I added mushrooms. Instead I received a vegtable pizza with onions, mushrooms and green peppers (yuck) and I didnt notice til I got home so I called the store and was told "I dont do on-line orders" so I was redirected and no one answered the call. I called back and was told the same thing and that I needed to come into the store, so I asked if they could just make the right pizza and I would come into the store and I was told once again that he didnt do online orders. After several minutes of back and forth I went into the store with the pizza. I waited 15 minutes as he helped another man with a large order that they just couldnt seem to get right. Finally, I was seen and he asked if I wanted a refund and I said I would rather just get the right pizza. So I asked how long it would be and was told 20-25 minutes so I just said give me a refund. He did take the old pizza back???

Extra Large Pizza. Fresh crust. Sauce has lots of Flavor on the sweet side like Ledo's. They don't hold back on the cheese. Their normal Cheese is the same as extra-cheese at most places. Comes with Garlic-Butter like Papa Johns. Only $8.47! We go at least once a week!

First got introduced to Pizza Pleasers a few years ago, but I don't order there often. I was in the area recently and needed some grub, so I stopped by for a small pepperoni pizza. It definitely hit the spot, and decent price for pickup deal. Pretty sure I'll be back again when I'm in that area. Friendly service, too, so that's a plus.

I ordered the lasagne that came with a house salad, bread, and dressing. I was able to choose my dressing. They didn't send the salad then refused to send it when I called asking why it wasn't delivered. I know they don't care at all. That is aparent, but I'll never order from them again for having lousy customer service. I've never encountered a business that wouldn't fix an order when a mistake was made. Lame.

Pizza is sooooo good and the delivery was fast. Food was hot when it arrived.I had order subs before and they were also good. But the pizza is the best.

This is only my 2nd time ordering from this place. 1st time order took over an hour to arrive to an address that is only 3-5 minutes away. This time I placed the order at 1:54pm, told it would be 35-45 minutes for it to be delivered. I called back at 2:50pm and was told that the driver was leaving now with my food(I live 5 minutes away). I called again at 3:15pm she said he had several deliveries. I called at 3:40pm only to have her hang up the phone on me. My food arrived at 4:07: it was cold and the chicken was not fully cooked. I agree with some of the others who stated that this place has very, very poor customer service and doesn't even deserve a one star rating. I will not be ordering from them again. Good food does not mean a thing with poor customer service

Pizza Pleasers (or Pleasers Pizza depending on who you ask) is a solid place. It's our weekly go to and they are open late for night owls like me. I recently moved away from the area and have a new found respect for this place since all the pizza joints around here are awful in comparison. Their pizza is usually spot on and delicious. Do yourself a favor and try them out and let them know Eric sent you. They won't know who I am but it will be a funny joke between us.

We had called to see if they would deliver to our address as a new customer. They unfortunately did not, we wanted to try them because of all the good reviews.They mislabeled my wifes cell no. to an order. The delivery driver later called to tell her "he was outside with our order". She tried to tell him that we didnt place an order because we were out of the deliver area and he then accosted her telling her we did order and he was outside waiting. She continued to tell him we didnt order and he called her 4 more times aggressively trying to get info from her until she finally had to yell at him that we didnt order. He called his boss finding out it was a mistake. And so did my wife telling him about the issue. He was apologetic but told us that the delivery driver "is known for that".
