I've went to this spot a dozen times no problem but the last 2 made them lose my business. First, my order was wrong. I called them to ask if i could bring it in for a replacement they said "you have the wrong number you didn't order from us" and hung up. I drove back down to ask for a new pizza. They opened they box, told me it was right, and walked away. I went home, called the manager to complain and he gave me a coupon for $10 off $20 or more. A week later i try to use the coupon and someone tells me they don't offer those kind of coupons. I tried explaining why the manager gave me this AND had a coupon code but they didn't take it.

I live in New York and I'm here visiting a relative in a nearby nursing facility. I went yesterday and ordered a shrimp cheesesteak combo. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much because most of the best cheesesteaks I've had wasn't in this area but I was hungry and it was a coin toss between this place and another spot a few doors down. I took a gamble on this place and so glad I did. The shrimp cheesesteak was really good. The meat tasted fresh and they gave a lot of shrimp. It was so good, I actually went back today to get another one. Not sure if the gentleman was the owner but after a young lady gave me my order, a l gentleman made a point to personally thank me for coming. I will definitely come back when I make another visit to Baltimore.
