Ok, my coworker and I usually order lunch from here all of the time. We usually order wings and fries. Except for a few feathers, it's not too bad. This time, I decided to order a turkey sandwich on wheat toast with all of the fixings. I'm still searching for the turkey! The lunch meat was 2 slices folded and placed on all of the fixings. There need to a minus button on here for pizza man restaurant. Went to order chix wings & was told that I have to buy the ones in the window. I wanted my wings cooked as I ordered them. Then was told that the wings in the window, I couldn't pick the wings that I wanted. They said that I had to take the wings they choose. I'm spending my money & have the choice to pick wht I want for my money. Will never go there again. I don't recommend Pizza Man to nobody. U also have to worry bout being robbed if u go there.

Horrible service. Ordered online with 20 minute wait time. Food still took 35 minutes. Food was made at different times. Nothing was hot. Got home to realize food was missing. Went back and still had to wait 10-12 minutes. Food was terrible. This place will never get anymore of my money. Not to mention while I was waiting people who ordered after me were getting they food.

When I went there to order some food the prices are not worth the quality of the food! OVERPRICED also please count your change the reason why I went there because it was late night and I had a taste for a cheese steak sandwich I don't think I will be returning unless they make big time changes.

I am never ever going to order from here again. I made an order online and In the notes I requested for the driver to come to my door because I have my infant child and it's raining rally hard outside. So they cancelled my order and did not even call me. I had to call them to find out what was going on with my food and the man was very rude to me on the phone!

I've gone there a couple of times and will never go back. The food is not good. Also, the prices too high and the service is horrible. The woman who works the counter is very rude, and it's usually not worth dealing with her attitude. The subs are sub par, and the pizza is a joke, Avoid this place at all costs!

Placed an order 40 minutes before they closed. Called us 5 minutes after they were closed and said they never received the ticket. Waiting for 45 minutes thinking we were getting food and having everything be closed. At least come up with a better excuse than "the ticket printed 45 minutes later". The purchase was made on their own website so that's hard to believe. No reimbursement or offer was made in any way to make up for it.

I wish I could put a minus sign on this review. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and until today was pretty satisfied. So today I made my delivery order and never received my food. When calling they told me they attempted to contact me but I never answered the phone. That was a lie. The man on the phone began badgering me and told me I was lying on him to get free food. I informed him I'd been waiting by the phone since I'd placed the order and it was strange that he was able to get through on the phone just now. He then told me he no longer wanted my business. Really sir? Even though I've been loyal to your business for 2 years. You need some customer service skills and to lose your business. Good luck if you ever chose to use this business because you're going to get less than NOTHING. I get better service from someone who's dead.

ordered online called 45 minutes later to tell me they just got the order and are now closed.... Really? You weren't closed when I placed the order . Maybe check your online orders more often like you actually are trying to run a business. Horrible customer service.
