Pippos has very delicious pizza and it's probably some of the best in the middle river area, but I was disappointed at an order of chicken wings that were mushy and didn't taste like chicken at all. It was like the bone and meat were never connected, I didn't bother to call or take them back because of the drive to get there. The service was always good but the chicken experience was enough to not return. They probably would have given my money back.

Pasta Blitz/ Margarita's Pizza (or whatever they are calling themselves these days in the Carroll Island Shopping Center) was dethroned today.My parents live in the neighborhood, and whenever there is a birthday, they order pizza or Chinese. After today, I can't imagine that they won't be ordering from Pippo's next birthday.It's a stand-alone building next to Up Her Docks (errr ummm I mean that wretched den of villainy, By the Docks). It's predominately take away, but they do have a couple of tables in a very basic dining room. The menu is what you would expect: pizza, subs, wings but the quality is far superior to what I have previously experienced within the Chase/"Middle River" area.My mom got a garden salad: lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber... Not much that stood out, but she went on and on about how much she loves salads. She also got the eggplant parm, with spaghetti and garlic bread. It looked good but I was WAY too busy with my onion and bacon pizza. WOW. The crust is light and spongy and I dare you to leave it on your plate after you've eaten the rest of your slice, like you're some kind 3-year-old. I bet a 3-year-old would eat this crust, given a dipping sauce. I don't care what else you were planning on ordering, get a pizza too!! My boyfriend got the 4 wing, 4 mozzarella stick (the cheese pull!!!!) appetizer combo and a cheesesteak with grilled onions and American cheese. The wings were gloriously fried, delivered naked to the table, with the hot sauce and ranch on the side. The meat fell off the bone. The skin was crispy and delicious. My boyfriend said they were the best wings that he has had in a long time. His cheesesteak came on a perfect roll, the cheese melty... we've been to Philly. We've had cheesesteaks all over Baltimore. This one was better than middle of the road, but my boyfriend tends to like his beef a bit more substantial. Once again, we covered the table with food and ALL of it was a taste sensation.Would recommend.

Got the pepperoni pizza. Service was fast. Has a carry out area and a few tables for inside dining. Free parking lot out front. Staff was nice. Average price

I've rode past this place several times and just figured let's try it....Food was amazing,the subs,service and pizza. Delivery was super quick and we enjoyed everything.

Easy ordering process the cheesesteak probably would've been great if it wasn't saturated with pizza sauce which wasn't listed in the ingredients list when I ordered but anyway the sauce turned the bread into a soggy mush, the fries were delightful nice and crispy the way I like them. The wings were very small (the size of 2 quarters or less) and greasy.

The BEST cheesesteak subs and cheese fries in the entire Essex borough. They also have the BEST pizzas. I say this due to the cheese, the meat, and the sauces. They blend together so well making them taste to great and authentic! I highly recommend the Pippo carry-out.

All I've ever remember getting is lasagna. That being said this sub shop is dated, probably not the cleanest but they offer great customer service in the Middle River area. Do yourself a favor and pick up a slab of Mommas Lasagna. Wednesday's it's the special. My favorite lasagna and my wife is Italian. Recent Change of events this place was renovated and is considerably clean. Like impressing clean and neat and pizza is solid good. Golf clap!!!!

I just ordered a cheese steak from Pippos like I tty and do every month, and normally they are eatable oh OMG tonight's was horrible .The meat was to thick in some spots and hard to chew the roll was almost felt like it was half raw the tomatoes are cut way to thick the lettuce what there was of it was all wilted with no taste I ordered extra mayo and salt and pepper this time they got the mayo right but again no salt and pepper.This sandwich as a couple in the past was rubby very hard to chew and to wet like it just got out of a steam bath.NEVER AGAIN.BEWARE PEOPLEWhy is it that no where in the Middle River Chase area the carryout shops just can't get it together and make a good sub.Something is definitely lacking

A little gem on Eastern avenue. Food was great and the staff were great. Small sit in but cozy enough to have dinner/lunch.
