Pho Real

I just realized that I have not left a review after years of visiting Pho Real. My partner suggested some vegan pho (tofu, broccoli, basil, bean sprouts, rice noodle, veggie broth, etc.) one evening when I was really sick and I've become a FAN for life! I'm tall and slender (like Popeye's love interest, Olive Oil - LOL) and I can EAT! The pho is served in small and large portions - and even a small pho is enough to fill my tall/slender self up to capacity! If I'm not feeling good or just craving soup from the cold weather, Pho Real is my go-to spot! The staff is kind and professional - as they have shown me numerous times how to eat with chopsticks; and the ambiance of the restaurant is always calm and positive. They're truly a gem in this neighborhood!

This place really is Pho Real. Quick, "cheap" eats.On a cold weekday, we ordered cha gio and 2 bowls. Everything came out quick and piping hot, like so hot my soup was burning off a layer of my insides as it went down, just the way I like it.When we came on a weekday, there were def all the hardworking techs in the neighboring auto shops coming in.Bathroom needs a key but was clean.Staff were quick and polite.Def a repeat!

Homey and simple Vietnamese spot! Pho prices are reasonable. The large bowl is more worth it for only a dollar extra, but the small size is a good amount of food if you don't want to eat too much. The server/owner is friendly and the food came out quickly. I wanted to try their avocado smoothie but it wasn't available because the avocados weren't ripe yet. I was disappointed but I respect that they wouldn't compromise the quality just to make money. My partner had the veggie pho and enjoyed it. I sampled it and it was tasty, more veggie forward than my favorite veggie pho spot, but it was still good!

My neighborhood pho place! My family and I have been going here since I was young. Ran by Vietnamese people so you know you are getting authentic pho. The service is fast and efficient. Restaurant is clean and pretty spacious. Lots of parking available in the lot. My go to order is a small bowl of pho tai (beef round eye) and my husband likes pho dac biet (special pho). As appetizers we usually grab summer rolls and/or egg rolls

I've been meaning to write this review for years. Pho Real has the best pho broth in the area. The staff and owners are incredibly nice and their food consistently hits the spot.

Pho place with lots of options for toppings! Has the vibe of any Vietnamese place I've been to: causal basic tables and tableware. They also have vegetarian pho with tofu. The food came out hot and quick. Came with the classic toppings of bean sprouts, peppers, lime, and basil. More toppings were provided upon request. We got the large portion and it was more than enough food. Delicious!

Still my favorite go-to Pho in the DMV!! I love that they're not far from me. They're in a busy shopping center with very small parking spaces so be careful parking here!The service is great. The employees are so friendly! I mostly do take out, but one day, I should dine in I still get my number 9, extra spicy with extra jalapeños and extra sriracha. I remember a few months ago when there was a sriracha shortage and I was so sad!The prices have gone up a bit, but that's everywhere, so I won't hold that against them! I'll keep coming here for my pho cravings!

Great find! Arrived in the area too early to check in to my hotel and found this little gem. Perfect day for pho. It's in a small shopping center, lots of parking available. It's small but they are super friendly! I ordered a large beef pho and added some meatballs on the side, the broth was flavorful and everything tasted great! I also got a Vietnamese coffee which was strong and delicious. Super fast service and the people there are nice and efficient! Highly recommend it if you're in the area.

I had the Chin Nam - Flank Steak, Brisket and Noodles. The broth was robust and the meat was thinly sliced but packed with flavor. There were plenty of fresh toppings to add to it, like bean sprouts, Thai basil, sliced jalapeños and a side of lime wedges. This would be a great place to come on those cold, cold winter days.

Came here for some pho! Located in a strip complex which was not difficult to find. The hours are a bit weird and inconsistent with what is posted so beware. Came here 45 min before posted closing time and they said take out only so we decided to say eat somewhere else. Second try coming here we were successful in finishing a table. The pho broth was nice and authentic. The side of bean sprouts, limes, basil were fresh. The noodles were tender and perfectly cooked. The meat was a bit tough though. Overall pretty good by pho in this area.
