One of the best pho places in the DMV area. Pho is perfectly balanced and doesn't leave you thirsting for water after drinking it. Banh mi is great with nicely balanced portions of meat and veg (try toasting it before you eat it for a crispy and flaky bread experience). Service is also great.It's just too bad that a couple of blemishes prevent this place from being one of the greats in my book: atrocious parking, portion and servicing size downsizing, and very slow and cramped pick up experience (likely due to the fact that they are really good). Still, I'll occasionally make the trek and brave the parking, cause it's just that good.Nom nom nom!

This Vietnamese restaurant has more than just pho; it has banh mi's, rice dishes and other Vietnamese soups. This place is all around a great place if you're in the mood for Vietnamese food. Parking can be a hassle as the parking is limited and tight. There is a smaller lot located in the back but during dining rush just FYI; the parking can be difficult. Service is prompt and the food comes out fast too.I ordered the Bun Bo Hue Dac Biet and i was happy with the flavor of the soup but portions wise; i thought it was a pretty small bowl for the price of $17.95. My family enjoyed their pho as well but had the same sentiment about portions size.

Pho Nom Nom is a tried and true Rockville establishment that is a go-to spot for pho! I actually haven't had it in a while but I was very happy to be back. The broth has a very strong beef flavor and is pretty rich. I do wish that the meat quality was a bit better and that the eye round steak came more raw. The shining star on the menu for me though is their limeade. It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity to cut through the heaviness of the pho. Not to mention, all the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

On a cold day pho nom nom hits the spot. But man have their prices really gone up. Probably some of the more expensive pho places around. But they get the chilli sauce rite. I always get the mixed rice and their lemongrass hot oil just elevates it. My wife likes the Bo Kho. Service was fast. Food came out fast. Place was packed at 3pm. Wow.

Fast & efficient. Hustle & bustle...everyone has their pho place, and PNN is my go to place on Rockville Pike. The small dining area holds about 50 seats, but quick turnovers so you wouldn't have to wait too long.Pho and other traditional Vietnamese dishes have been consistently good over the years. Fair prices, and worth a visit when the craving comes.

Good, quick service. The super large (SL) pho is the largest pho I've seen. Great price to performance ratio. Large is $14, Super large is $17. A 21% increase in price. But the portion increase roughly looks to be more in the 1/4 or 1/3 ballpark. It also feels justified because there was more meat in the SL compared to L. It is not just an increase in the amount of noodles and broth. And since extra noodles cost $3, ordering a Large with extra noodles would cost the same as the SL, but without the additional broth and meat of the SL. So If you have the appetite, SL size is the optimal play. The 2nd photo shows the comparison of size between the large and the super large. This is the main reason for the 5 stars in this economy. As for the flavor, I think it's good, the meat is plenty. But I'm the type of person who has never been disappointed by pho. So unless they are serving me dogwater, I would have enjoyed it. Although, maybe something about their pho does speak to me, more than my post rationalizing, yelp reviewer brain leads me to believe. Because I finished the whole thing, broth and all without really giving it much thought. And while I know that it may be detrimental to my health because of it's high sodium, I allow it to pass. Because it heals my soul.
