I wanted to give a 3 star but I just couldn't. Food is authentic and it is overall ok. But portions are noticeably small. Summer rolls were atrocious for their $6.50 price. 3 small shrimp with 95% lettuce. All the pho were $15.50 but smaller than small pho in other places. The problem is that if you drive 10-15 minutes, you can get Pho Than My, or even Pho Dat Than. Either one is better than this place in all aspects. Of course I'd recommend Pho Than My. All of this and I would still give this place 3 stars....But there was a hair in the summer rolls....And just to make sure I can't give a 3 star, there is another hair in my Bun Bo Hue...I feel bad because this is a Viet family ran joint, but I can't give more than 2 stars for this and many more issues.....

Tough time to open a new restaurant. Happy that they are keeping people distant and clPho in Owings Mills. Across from Stevenson University. Vietnamese iced tea and iced coffee. Pho of all kinds. Pork and rice and more. Call ahead for takeout. Can take 15-20 minutes for food or teas to be made.

This is probably one of the few, if not the only, pho restaurants in Owings Mills. The appetizers were very disappointing. The spring rolls were tiny and didn't not have much in it. The fish sauce that came with the spring rolls was not a fish sauce. It was gooey with no flavor. Very strange. The peanut sauce was watered down. The pho broth was good and hot. The pho noodle was over cooked and it melted in my mouth. We also sat behind two males in their 60s that were sneezing, coughing, blowing their nose, and clearing their throat every twenty seconds. It felt like we were breathing in COVID-19. It was not a pleasant experience and we will not be back.

I was very excited when this establishment first opened since we don't have a Pho spot in the area (closest is 15-20 minutes away). Although the broth is not bad, it's pale in comparison to the flavor of others just a short drive away. I went to this restaurant several times for months, and recently decided to make the drive to catonsville to my favorite vietnamese restaurant. You definitely notice a difference in quality right away. Also, I didn't realize how much they skimp you on the meat as well as toppings. Overall, I would recommend making the drive down to catonsville or ellicott city to really get your pho fix.

The restaurant is pretty clean, the waiter was quick on taking orders. I ordered the special bowl. The broth is really tasteless, honestly it's a step above hot water. The noodle is really pasty like, a sign that the noodle being boil too long in hot water. Disappointed, hopefully they can do better, I do not recommend this place.

It was extremely hard to place our order over the phone as we were having it delivered and that wasn't an option online. After placing our order we got a call back that the driver was running 15 minutes late. Called a half hour after delivery time and food came about 10 mins later. Now the food. Broth was oily and not very flavorful. Portion sizes were good. Ordered two Thai Ice Teas with no ice and they barley filled the cups half way. It was super sweet and had no milk. My aunt wanted chicken and shrimp in her bowl. Was told it would be an extra charge and she got one shrimp. Will not be returning for such an bland experience.

First thing, their prices are high. The pho is alright. My steak was pretty much over cooked before I got it. The food is ok, but right now the prices are high for ok food. To be fair the higher Prices may be due to shipping and the pandemic.

This was a quick stop for lunch and I didn't even know there was viet food in Ownings mills. I got a com suon nuong and the flavor was on point satisfied the Vietnamese in me but the portion was so underwhelming. For $11 there was 5 pieces of small pork I was not full after eating it. I usually expect a whole pork chop for that dish. I do want to come back and try their pho hopefully they give more food then.

Place used to serve good Pho. Place has horrible servings. The brisket taste like it was in the freezer for a long time. You could see the freezer burn. I used to eat here often. They have fallen off.
