This is my favorite venue for beef pho soup, fried tofu, and salt and pepper shrimp. I have tried to get the same tastes and textures at other pho venues, but they just don't satisfy my taste buds the same. I have never been able to find the fried tofu as crispy and addictive!!! The onions and jalapeño peppers with the fried shrimp and fried tofu are also so smokey and cravable !!!

This family owned Vietnamese restaurant is a real gem. We loved the spicy combination fried rice, spicy beef noodle soup, and the combination noodles with veggies. She shared the bone used to make the beef pho, demonstrating its authenticity. The owner is so nice, and happy to answer any questions.

Great little spot for some solid Pho and Vietnamese food. Spoke with the woman who services me who is also the owner/operator and found out some about her and this restaurant that she has been running for the past 20 years. Go give her your support!

This was my lunch place everyday for over a year. At some point my lunch time was cut short so I spoke to the owner who is super sweet and with a beautiful sense of fashion (yes she is awesome) and I would call her on my way to the restaurant and she would have my bowl of pho ready served perfect as I liked it for me to eat. Healthy food! Highly recommend!

People were very nice. Pho had no flavor. Broth was gross. Meat tasted old. Maybe frozen.

Was in the area with a friend and starving so I decided to walk to Dunkin' Donuts to get some breakfast. As I was walking, I saw there was a Pho place so I tell myself "of course I'm going to have pho instead". I walk in and patiently wait to be seated. As I'm waiting for someone to keep me, I survey the room and notice there are about four different groups of people sitting two of those groups are individuals. The other tables look dirty and you can tell maybe someone had just got up but they hadn't been cleared yet. A gentleman ask me how many, I say one and he instructs me to sit at a table. Before I sit down, I look at the table and notice it's been cleared but still dirty. I instantly have the feeling to leave but because I don't have my car and I'm hungry I decide to just let him know that it's dirty. He comes right over and I inform him his dirty and no problem, he goes and gets away I can wipes it off. I watch as he cleans it and when he's finished I noticed it is still dirty. Some of what I see looks like it was in the finish of the table but the others I see is just maybe parsley flakes or whatever herbs that were sitting on the table still. I simple turn around and walk out. I am not going to eat from a place that can't get a table clean two times in a row SMH

New owner, new deco, fresh and new menu with a variety fo traditional authentic vietnamese dishes. I dined there with a bunch of friends, we all loved our food as well as the atmosphese and the owner's warm welcome. Thanks Pho 89 (now and will be Pho Thai Binh in the near future) for giving us another choice for "where to go for eating out" and for being there when the mood for authentic Vietnamese food kicks in. We'll definitely come back for more.

We found this place like two-ish months ago and we are now recognizable regulars. The staff is very nice and the food comes out quick. This pho place is delicious. Me and my wife get the same soup bowls and summer rolls every time we go. I highly recommend this pho place! I can't wait to try new menu options when I stop obsessing over the pho! It's one of my favorites since I moved to Maryland. Heads up, it's a small business so the owners like to approach tables and chat a bit, so prepare for a little bit of pleasant interaction!

This was my fault for not thoroughly checking the reviews ahead of time.. It was 4pm and I haven't eaten and day and so I decided to stop here. As a Vietnamese native, please take my word for this. This place is NOT authentic. I should have known when I walked in and none of the employees were Vietnamese. Smh. I got the summer rolls and pork rice plate. Both were.... meh.The summer roll was rolled loosely and didn't have any pork (as listed on their menu). It wasn't awful. I enjoyed this over my main dish. 5.5/10The rice is not broken (as listed on their menu), pork chop was dry and broccoli....? Not typical of Vietnamese rice plates. The broccoli was good though lol. What threw me off is there was no fish sauce. I asked for some and whatever they gave me was not the kind you eat rice plates with. I was hungry so I ate it anyway. 4/10If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, DO NOT go here. If you have sensitive taste buds or need bland food, then give it a try. The staff was friendly and sorta attentive. 7/10Parking out front. 8/10Overall cleanliness. 7/10
