I'm over it. Philly's Best is still really fucking good, lol. I miss living closer to them!

Decided to check out Phillys Best since I was in the area. I love how meaty and full the subs are. Only problem...with all that meat the sub doesn't pack any flavor at all. Just bland steak. No salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, slap your mama etc.. the sub left me heavily disappointed. As far as the french fries go, I don't know how many times I need to say this, potatoes need salt! These fries tasted just as bad as Burger King fries. I think this place might be as good as it gets when you crave a steak and cheese and cheese when you're in the Elkridge area.#EatGoodAndBeHappy

Just got a Philly cheesesteak that was so salty I threw it away, also hardly any peppers and onions. Quality has really gone down hill. That's it I'm done.

Great food and great services. I usually stop by to get the sub. It is the best in town.

Their food is soooo yummy! we always order from here it's only right down the road they have great customer service over the phone and for delivery when you receive your order. They are efficient and quick with making orders and the food has always been up to par. Definitely recommend!

I'm not sure what's up with other reviews. We've been going to this place for at least 15 years and have always had an amazing experience.... Not one issue in 15 years and we go regularly. Typically we order their pizza but their cheesesteaks are AMAZING. Get it with everything. You'll thank me later. It's so packed full of meat that I can only eat a half!!! Love this place and their whole team!!

Placed an order (Not Prime Time Hours) Advertised timeline was 35-45 minutes. Order received at 3:55 PM I called aprox 35-40 minutes after ordering for update. Female staff member said my order was a late pick up so an additional 10-minutes would be the delivery time. (A complete false hood) Please keep in mind that I added an additional 4$ tip over the $4 dollar tip automatically added. I waited the added time and still no delivery. Same women called and tried to bully me to accept there late and most likely cold food. In the end this "PHILLY BEST" Franchise in Elkridge fell short. I was hoping for more. I looked at YELP Reviews and there confirm my opinion. I will give them another chance in the future to make sure I'm being fair.

I have order from this restaurant before, BUT NEVER AGAIN! I order four fried pieces of chicken, with fries and coleslaw, I received a four piece tender meal with no coleslaw. I call the restaurant and advise mine and my wife order was not correct. Her was ice cold,my house from is located less than 4 miles from the restaurant. NOW HERE THE ISSUE. When I called the restaurant she told me it wasn't there fault (what hell), she said I could come to location and get the meal I ordered, I advise her I paid for this food and delivery and why should to do this. SHE HUNG ON ME AND REFUSED TO ANSWER, I CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES, finally I gave up. Stop advertising BEST Philly cheese YOUR NOT.Dave
