They have a promotion on doordash which they didn't uphold. When calling the store to confirm I was told I was a liar. When clearly staring at the promotion. Been a long time customer. Never been treated like this. When asked employee for name. He didn't give one. Asked for manager. Not available. Told me to call doordash then hung up on me. Then proceeds to call me back to ask if I still want my order ! The man was very rude. Lost a long time customer. Sad to see pazani turn into this.

Great pizza, clean place, quiet area. The only issue I had was the cannolis that I got. They were chewy!!!! Typically cannolis are made with hard shells and aren't chewy/soft. That was my only issue. Other than that, service was great.

I know this place has been around for a long while but I was not impressed at all. My husband's chicken cheesesteak was a disaster. He asked for tomato, mayo, raw onion and hot peppers. Well, this was no tender chicken and melty cheese sandwich. It was a few dry chunks of chicken, very little semi-melted american cheese, red onion and hot peppers. No tomato, no mayo. I had to get up and ask for mayo just so it wouldn't be so dry.He said he liked the fries that came with it.My stuffed shells were fair and advertised as coming with a side salad and bread but I only was given the salad. The salad had fresh ingredients but was served on a small plate which made it hard to eat because everything kept sliding off. The menu boards are a little confusing because there are so many. They have paper menus on the counter which in hindsight, offered more information about the menu items. So if you go, refer to the printed menu before you order.

It's a cute restaurant, prices are fair and overall we enjoyed our food. It's not necessarily the best in MD but satisfied our cravings and was well-made. Note: I was sad about the spaghetti only coming with 2 meatballs :( *Supreme Pizza & Spaghetti+Meatballs*

I went there tonight for dinner and was fairly well satisfied. I selected eggplant Parmesan, which was served hot and pretty tasty. It's the type of restaurant where you walk in and order your dish and then sit down in your dish is brought to you. You are also responsible for getting your drink. I just got a glass of water. The food was fairly good, nothing special, either good or bad. I did notice, however, that they took a decent amount of time to prepare the dish. It clearly was not anything that they rushed out of the kitchen.if you are in the area, it's a nice Italian meal, but I'm not sure that I would recommend driving too far out of your way to visit this restaurant.

I discovered Pazani via the grubhub app. I was so impressed by the quality and freshness of the pasta that I made the car drive and ordered again (but this time in person) about 3 days later.I can only attest to the Pappardelle Bolagnese, (I've had it twice now) and it is consistently and truly good Bolagnese! Other establishments I've tried pale in comparison. Perfect al dente texture imo. Well balanced oil, Ragu, mince, and cheese. I could personally stand a bit more fresh basil (which is subjective of course), other than that it's pretty excellent. Comfort food to the max!I decided 5 stars was appropriate for these two experiences, though I've yet to try anything else from the menu at this point. I can always return and update if warranted.

Good place for a quick slice. The person at the counter was less than excited to be there and wasn't very friendly, but wasn't rude either.The location is a bit hidden around the back side of the Giant and the rest of the stores in the strip mall.It works as a quick lunch spot and they did have some daily specials I may try out in the future.

I came in on a week night to get Carryout. I ordered a Pannini Tucany and Onion Rings. I was greeted right away. The total was $18, which I thought was reasonable. The only negative was that my food took 35 minutes, which my expectation was more like 20 minutes. I just have to say the Pannini exceeded my expecations, it was different and it was delicious! The Onion Rings were crispy and light. And as a token of their appreciation, they put a small Cannoli in my order. Very happy with Pazani, and I will return!

Here is a very nice Italian restaurant we frequent from time to time. The Food is good, and the service is great and timely. We enjoy Italian food and used to visit Little Italy on a regular basis. Now, when visiting Guinness, we'll stop by Pazani afterwards, in Howard County (HoCo), since it isn't far from the brewery. It's easy to get to from Guinness: left onto Washington Blvd. (Route One-South to HoCo); make a right on Montgomery Road, which morphs into Marshalee Drive. The restaurant is located in the Lyndwood Shopping Center, on your left, prior to coming to Giant Foods store. They have an active take-away business, too, but we generally eat at the restaurant where wine is served. Bon Appetit, Joseph

Cheesesteak is only one size and has american cheese whiz style cheeze, but it was tasty and the roll was crispy.They accidentally made my fiancés with cheese when she said no cheese and were great with replacing it with another one.Will come back and try some more menu items
