Parole Liquors

The only liquor store that sells real sake within a 5 mile radius of Annapolis. (Yes, I did visit 5 other liquor stores) Other than that, it's nothing special. The crowd is a little questionable, as is the location...but if you're desperate enough for some libations, you're sure to find something that will float your boat here. Prices are reasonable.

Worst liquor store in Annapolis. Parking lot is a nightmare. Prices through the roof. No concept of customer service. Avoid this place at all costs!

Had a great selection of beers. Standard liquor store, nothing fancy, plenty of parking. Except they didn't have what I was looking for- Bud Light Chelada. I know I know but, I was in the mood.

Atrocious parking lot, tons of potholes, no smooth pavement. No posted return policy whatsoever. I bought two twelve dollar six packs of beer on the way home from work at 11:30pm on a Tuesday night. When I got home from work I was told that I purchased the wrong thing. So on Wednesday morning I brought them back to the store still in the bags they were put in, with my reciept and was told by a man calling himself "Mike" that I could not exchange them because I could have emptied the bottles and filled them with something else and then returned them. But the lids were still on all of the bottles and they require a bottle opener to remove (ie, not twist-off style). I asked if the return policy was posted anywhere and he told me that they don't post anything because people won't read it, despite the fact that there are postings ALL OVER the store explaining the credit card limit, and the dress code, etc. I asked him how I was supposed to know that there were no returns if there is no posted return policy and he told me that it's my responsibility to ask at the point of purchase. That doesn't sound accurate so I went to file a complaint with the BBB but Parole Liquors is not a business that is in their database, which I find very suspicious. I can still file a complaint (and I will) but it will just require more information.

Worst liquor store I've ever set foot in. Prices are above average for the area, the parking lot looked like a bombed runway, and the clerk was unfriendly.If you drive an offroad vehicle and you don't care about spending more than you need to, then by all means go here. If else, stay clear!
