I honestly don't know how to describe what I feel about this place now. The music was great the service was excellent...The cheeseburger sub wasn't the greatest, probably because it was a frozen premade version of what could be beef.... The best part of this cheeseburger sub was the pickles... But what really changed my mind about ever coming back here was when I walked into the restroom... This darkened dungeon of a toilet room, with poop stains and paper towels piling over the trash can, which looks like it hasn't been cleaned in several days... The painters tape on the rails when you first walk in should've been the clear indication to turn around, walk away and Just Say No!! I will not be returning to Parma Pizza, and I wish I had 2 extra hands to give this place a Big 4 Thumbs Down as

This was an online order which was easy to place and time slotted was accurate. Pick up was quick.The location has parking available and it's easy to get in and out. The staff were nice! A good first impression for sure! Parma serves a delicious New York Style thin crust pizza that is cheesy and semi sweet tomato sauce that all dances on your pallet. I don't like tomato sauce to taste overly sugary this one was just right! My son opened the box and said, "wow! That really looks like NY pizza the way it's fit in the box!"My family gave it two thumbs up!! I personally like my pizza crust just a bit more crispy (but not burnt) so that the slice holds a bit more when you fold it in your hand. Both pies the slices needed assistance to hold up otherwise the heavy cheese would all fall off. I'll say that their consistency of ratio of ingredients were equal on both pies, wonderful!!! I also prefer a bit less cheese, I know crazy! I love that 50/50 melted blend of herbal fresh sauce with the mixtures of the grated cheeses (mozzarella, parm, and /or fontina or Asiago). When pizza has good quality cheese it doesn't need a bunch falling off you slice. It should have a great stretch to it but a bit less. This is my personal opinion but I know many love extra cheese on their pizza. So if that's you?... you will LOVE Parma Pizza!!!! My family loves it and that's what matters, we will definitely keep getting pizza here and hoping to try other items off their menu. Til the next review!

All their food is delicious but the cheesesteak stuffed pizza is by far the best. If that's not your thing the Buffalo chicken stuffed pizza is a close second.

Ordered on line order wasn't ready nor was it received,then made to look at as if I didn't know what I was doing or talking about or ordered it from the right place then the cooks looked at us like we were slow given a fountain drink for the mistake

Horrible Horrible experience! Ordered on-line steak & cheese subs with red hots. The driver arrived over an hour later. Cold food!! The steak and cheese arrived drenched in red hots ice cold..... couldn't even eat it. Cold hard fries.... inedible. We've ordered here for 7 years. For over $40 for this order we expected better. The last 2 times ordering have been just as horrible. Never again.... we're done. Parma needs better supervision and quality control. We'll stay home and cook our own meals from now on.

Love this place! Up until today I had only gotten their veggie Stromboli with pretzel crust. Very good to start with but the pretzel crust makes it amazing! Not cheap, but I get at least five meals out of it, so definitely worth the price. Today I had a coupon for two cheesesteaks for $19.99. I should tell you that I am Philadelphia born and raised, so I am very particular about cheesesteaks. Some would even call me a cheesesteak snob, a title I proudly own. Well, these were among the best cheesesteaks I have ever had! And big!! Good for two meals. Some places skimp on the meat, but not here.I've been looking for a new cheesesteak place since my previous one has been letting me down lately; higher prices, less value. Well, now I have found it! If you have never tried this place, I highly recommend that you do.
