Parkville Crabs

I recently planned a crab feast with some friends and we decided to get ours from Parkville! The staff was very nice and we were able to order ahead for a very seamless experience. I was super excited because crabs have been so expensive recently and I thought these were an extremely fair price. My only wish was that they had more sides to go along with the crabs. Otherwise this was a super easy and nice experience!

This was my first time buying crabs from this establishment. The manager on duty was very helpful during my visit. The corn was delicious the crabs were good but a bit over seasoned to me. They had a great special going on during my visit buy a dozen get half dozen free.

One weekday evening I had the craving for crabs, but only wanted a few 3-6. I called around and couldn't find too many places that would sell only a half dozen. I called Parkville crabs and they said yes. There was a mix of both male and female small crabs for less than $25 a dozen. I ordered the half dozen. I was giving a 25 mins wait time. I arrived in exact 17 minutes. They were ready. By the time I got home, another 17 minutes, they were almost cold. Additionally, they were so small, hallow and watery, which means they were reheated crabs, not freshly steamed. I appreciate them only selling me 6 but it was a waste and didn't satisfy the craving like I wanted them to. They were flavored nicely though, just watered down and empty.

All I can say is "Wow" what a hidden gem tucked away in East Baltimore. I'm a crab indulger! I'm on a mission to continue to find better tasting crabs from each place, I last visited (LOL). From the Wharf in DC and to several big name restaurants around Maryland, Parkville crabs does not disappoint. They are meaty and the seasoning used brings out the taste without overpowering it. The restaurant does not have seating and it's more a call and in order type of spot. Takes them 20 minutes to steam everything. The menu is short with crabs, crab legs, shrimp and just oysters. *They usually carry specials always ask first before placing your order.*Pros- Excellent Customer service- Crabs are always hot- Meaty Crabs- Seasoned well and not a watery mess like most crab places- Always running specials

This is one of my favorite crab houses in Baltimore. I am a regular and they always are friendly. The crabs are good and heavy. Definitely recommend if you're having some type of get together or just want a few for yourself call Parkville Crabs!

Ive always liked Parkville crabs and have been going for years. Today, Ive been craving for crabs and had bought a dozen mixed females. It was actually a very bad batch. Most of them were small and light weight. I asked for no seasoning which they were happy to do so but there were a few crabs that were overly salty to where I couldn't finish them but on top of that the crab meat wasnt satisfying. It was very dry. I was definitely disappointed.

I just Ordered some crab legs and shrimp $68.00,I am so disappointed!!! the crab meat was mushy.And the shrimp was bland.Times are hard with this Covid-19 outbreak and I had hoped some good seafood would cheer my family up.But no such luck with Parkville Crabs..

Always hot, always tasty. The girls who work the front are delightful and the cooks in the back are respectful. Love going in for my crab fix.

I'll start off by saying I'm pissed writing this. I drove almost a half hour up Northern Parkway to get these crabs. They were the worst empty crabs I ever had. I don't know why in this economy they are play with people money. I was shown one size for the crabs I ordered large females and received small maybe medium crabs. There should be a law against this or at least a cash app refund option. Will not be returning.

Service fresh crabs. I paid $110 for the largest crabs. I told the cashier I don't want reheats and she said oh they are made to order. BULL! Of course I get home and 80% were reheats. Its illegal to sell reheated food as freshly made.
