So I had some comps to use and arrived hungry to the casino. Prices were high ($14 for the burger lol and $20 total with fries and a drink) but not unexpected at a Casino. All the food was very tasty though and I was not upset. Wouldn't eat here without comps but I was happy with my meal and ready to play some slots!

These strips were excellent. You have to order through a terminal so be savvy and have a card for payment. The strips were hot and large in size. A 10 piece and one order of fries is plenty for two people. The staff is energetic and the place was as clean as a restaurant on a casino floor can be. I would have preferred a someone that could clean/ sanitize the tables. $6.75 for a bottle soda so be sure get a fountain drink.

Service is actually quite pleasant, and they are trying so hard to make their pizza well - you can tell by the fresh ingredients and the very generous amount of cheese they put on their pies and the consistent twists of the outer crust. Unfortunately, their pizza baking execution is a *pure fail* as the incredibly thick way they are constructing their pizzas really requires a standard Bakers Pride type pizza oven instead of the wood-fired style pizza oven they have in their kitchen. I totally understand that they are trying to offer their customers a good value - and at $5/slice you are getting a literal one-pound slice of pizza, but it is served to you severely undercooked, uncharred, and devoid of flavor. Basically raw. And even asking for it well-done won't get it where you need it to be. The why the hell then did I just order two whole Vegetarian pizzas ($23/each) with extra sauce? I had an idea. I was inspired, and came up with a plan. I took these huge undercooked beasts straight home and began experimenting - and I discovered a technique that turns these par-baked and inedible pizzas into I dare say, Detroit-style pizza greatness?At home I would place two slices on some foil on the top rack under the broiler until the cheese started to actually brown, then I would cut off the now-burnt outer crust edge and pan sear the bottom crust for 4 or 5 minutes in a non-stick skillet. The result? Handheld Detroit-style pizza with crispy slightly-burnt cheesy edges and a crispy bottom crust. (See picture below.) A total transformation. Thanks, Orchid Kitchen, for doing half of the work for me!1-star for the pizza as it comes from Orchid, but +2 stars for what you can do with it! Go Blue!

Mehhh. I came here last night only because I had a $15 food credit so I decided to order their double crabcakes platter for dinner. Since it's an "express" Phillips, you order your food and wait for your number to be called. The food is served in a carryout box--but there are tables nearby where you can sit down and eat. The crabcakes were disappointingly small--tasted mediocre, but the waffle fries that came with it were decent. I did not like the tartare sauce--it tasted awful--overloaded with too much relish and onions!The staff are not friendly at all--I felt some attitude from the cashier. At one point, I came up to the counter to ask for something--was ignored, while two staff were chatting it up. The service here definitely needs some improvement.

This is a sad excuse for a Phillips seafood. I don't care if it is packed to go. The prices they charge is outrageous compared to what you get. I ordered a double crabcake platter. It came with one side. Ok maybe 1 1/2. The size of the red beans and rice was a small soupy Bowl. The coleslaw was the size to feed a kid.I mean it basically was in a sample container.It was just ok. The two small crabcakes you get is ridiculous! I paid $38.00 For this. G & M put them to shame. You also will get a nice size crabcake with two actual side dishes. Trust me you would have leftovers with them but not this place. I had to find something else at home to eat to help me get full. Oh and it comes with no bun. What a joke. Phillips you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Charging those prices for that itty bitty meal. The crabcake itself didn't taste bad but l still was disappointed. Ok this is definitely on my done list!

Do not eat here as the service is terrible. I placed an order (Steak Quesadilla, steak Nachos, slice of Meat lover's pizza and a soda). As I waited for my food, I noticed at six or seven people who ordered after me pick-up their food from the Latin grill. Wait a minute, why are they receiving their food before me. Note: Fifteen minutes has passed since I ordered. I when to the pickup area near the Latin grill to inquire about my order. I was told by the Jasmin, the person who was responsible for ensuring the order are completed and notifying the customer that my order was not finished. I went back to my seat me again. Five minutes later, I went back to the pickup area to ask about my order. She stated that they, yes they, had given my order to someone else. Really!!! She will make what you ordered again. Five later, I returned to the pickup area, I noticed the Latin grill staff was cleaning up. I waved at Jasmin to get her attention. She came over and I asked her about my order as it appears the staff is cleaning up. She checked the finished orders but food was not there. She then had a conversation with the cook/chef...The Latin grill is closed. What about my food you promised? Sorry do you want something else or I can give your money or comps back. What about your words that my food is being made? What about the thirty minute wait time for a slice of cold pizza? I want my comps back. Pitiful, Pitiful, Pitiful!!!Note: THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT THIS YEAR. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!

Ok There are a lot of places out there for fish and an certainly this stands out as looking good. Wow was I taken in. the staff didn't really seem to care an attitude seeped into their posture that seemed to declare 'yeah, I'm here, whatever' to the world. Not something that encourages you but I thought let's see what the food is like?What it's like is doughy, with a thick batter obscuring any taste or texture of the fish hidden inside the mass. I've had tastier seafood from a box of Gorton's fish sticks cooked in my own kitchen for far less money.

I just want to say that I received the best customer service from Manager, Nicholas Walsh. I was very upset because my chicken wings were cooked very well, making them hard and dry! I couldn't stay and wait for a new batch because my AAA driver had come. The Manager on duty at that time was Adrian. Adrian told me to come back to see him and he would have them remade for me. I went back on 3 different occasions and no Adrian because he only work over night. This was a very frustrating series of events as all the other Managers were just passing the buck and not helping me! They made me feel like I was a liar trying to get 16 free wings! But I thank God for Nicholas! After explaining all I went through, he took accountability, apologized, remade my wings himself, and served them to me! Before my interaction with Nicolas I made up my mind that I would NEVER buy food from the Orchid Kitchen again!!! But because of the impeccable service I received from Nicholas, I decided to give them another chance. Nicholas if you ever read this review, I just want to say THANK YOU once more for your kindness, understanding, and attention you gave to my complaint. You truly are the GEM of Orchid Kitchen, and I want you to know I truly appreciate you and all you did to help calm my frustration. You are the reason I took time to write this review.
