This company has a pattern of poor customer service incidents that occurred today. On three separate occasions, different members of my family attempted to place a carry-out order by phone. During each attempt, the staff member who answered abruptly terminated the calls when we began to place our order. This behavior affected our party of seven customers and falls significantly below expected service standards. Such conduct reflects poorly on your business and prevented us from becoming valued customers.

Here's what we had:CURRY CHICKEN - Tender, flavorful, and delicious. Would definitely order again.OXTAIL - Savory and tender. Plenty of sauce and not super fatty, just not as flavorful as we hoped. Doubt I'd order it again.Each dinner entree includes two side items. We had RICE AND PEAS and FRIED CABBAGE with both. Next time, I'm definitely ordering an extra side of fried cabbage because it was really good.The portions were plentiful, so that's a plus. Everything smelled really good, so I was anxious to try it.The service was polite. We'll be back soon to try other items and beverages.__I eat. @f.huxI thrift. @DCthriftish

This is one of the best Jamaican spots in the area. I highly recommend if you're looking for flavorful and fulfilling Jamaican food. They are located inside of the mall which isn't the best location, but isn't too terrible to get to right in the food court. For the price you pay you get a very nice size portion as you can see from my pictures. The service is always pleasant and there's always plenty of seating.

Despite them forgetting an entire meal in my doordash order and us having to drive up there to get our food and them not even apologizing or comping us....the stewed red snapper !! Omg. Soooo good ! I got the white rice and cabbage as my sides. My son loved his oxtails, white rice, and cabbage too. We also got an order of plantains which were delicious as well. Despite the delivery debacle; we'd definitely eat here again. Next time we are shooting for 5 stars.

Hubby was @ St. Charles Center, asked him to pick me up a meal. 1st time customer. Will be a repeat customer, as the meal was satisfying! Huge portion! My preference would have been for the curry to be more intense, but I won't penalize the rating.Curry goat and oxtail are on my list.

Ordered this place from doordash today and got the Rasta pasta with veggies! The only reason I took off 1 star was just because it needed some salt but that's an easy fix. Other than that, I'd definitely eat here again and try more of their food. Try it out!

Food and service was good.i enjoyed the oxtails and peas and especially. I will order food from there again.

We come here and eat all the time. We are a Caribbean family and this is authentic Jamaican food. The owner is very polite and accommodating. Overall great food

This stuff is fire. The combination of the chickpeas and spicy rice give a great hot yet mellow delicious experience. Rice is about your average mall rice 3/5 but the spice & herbs bring it back. But once you mix it with the chick peas it blends greatly. Plantains are ‍ say no less. Enviroment is very chill and relaxed. Quick service as well during a lunch rush. Overall highly recommend!
