Very good food. I'm only basing that on the cheesesteak and pizza I've gotten from here. The cheesesteaks were full of meat and worth the price and so was the pizza. They even have a 14" carryout special for like $7 or $8.Employees were friendly and worked fast. Will definitely patronize again.

I used to live in Parkville and I had their fried chicken at least once a week! After moving out of Maryland, I can't find any place like NY Fried chicken. Their fried chicken was so juicy and delicious. The lightly coated batter made the fried chicken so perfect. I still dream about it since. I went back in Maryland in May this year and of course, I stopped by and got a box full of fried chicken. The guy at the register was the nicest guy. I went there around midnight one day and he was still smiling and very welcoming. Do you want to move here in Nashville? I will definitely be the happiest person in the world! I really do love your fried chicken!

I had high hopes for the location because I've been to other NY fried chicken locations and the food was good.Unfortunately, not at this location. I ordered a 4 piece chicken and fries. The food lacked flavor and was not completely cooked.They only had a few people working on a Friday night, the credit card machine didn't work, the cooks didn't wear gloves, the cashier went from the taking money and orders to dropping fries and mozzarella sticks without gloves.To make matters worse, I ordered my food, left for 20 minutes, came back in to get my food, only to find out that my food was never started so I waited an additional 20 minutes..It was NOT a good experience

I'm from the city so I love my "chicken boxes". However in the county your options for a good one isn't that great. This isn't the best I had but is definitely good. I'm just glad it's not like the NY Fried Chicken spots in the city.

This store has the worst customer service. Sheree(if that's how you spell her name) is very disrespectful and her accuracy skills is terrible. I ordered delivery from this location more than once and everytime she answers the phone she is rude. She got my delivery order wrong and when I called to get it fix, she says I have to come to the store to get the correct thing very rudely after I ask her to repeat my order and she didn't. My money is more valuable that their quality so I will not be spending my money here again.

Ordered food from here, was told it would be about 45 mins. 2 hours later is when it showed up. The store said, oh its cause we only have 1 driver. The driver says, my phone died and i got lost. Food was cold, nasty and made totally opposite of how we ordered it! Will NEVER order from here again...Over $60 which i didn't mind paying because we asked for modifications...but everything we asked for, was not on our food!!
