Nothing Bundt Cakes

Seriously some of the best cakes ever! I got my parents 2 bundtlets and one for me as well. So soft and flavorful and there's so many kinds. My dad had double chocolate. My mom had strawberry shortcake and I had original. My dad was trying to only eat half but he said he couldn't stop. The service was quick and easy.Parking is a little tight but definitely worth it

Got a cake day-of for my birthday. It took some time to prepare. Maybe it was just this location but the cakes aren't tasting the same as the use to years ago. Service was okay and bit slow. Not bad but not good. Only one person was checking out people. The line got long once I ordered. Saw several people in the back just talking a sitting.

Nothing Bunt Cake is wonderful. I am in love with the Buntletts. The food and service are tasty, but I feel they may need at least two people working the counter. I always have to wait a little longer than expected. They have an easy-to-navigate mobile app and a rewards program that I use. I will be returning.

Cakes never disappoint, they are fresh and well decorated for special occasions. Easy to order

I'm a newbie to nothing Bundt cakes, so far I've tried the lemon, red velvet, and lemon raspberry bundlets. All of them have been moist and delicious. This review would have been 5 stars, I'm taking a star off for the ok customer service. The customer service isn't bad but it doesn't wow me. First time I came here I purchased the lemon bundlet but I really wanted the Keylime flavor that was advertised in the store. The person at the counter told me they no longer carry that flavor and it was seasonal. So the advertisement was misleading. Second time I came here I wanted the lemon bundlet and the person at the counter told me they do not have that flavor available. I came during the week earlier in the day and I was surprised they didn't have any since it's a flavor they normally have. I get sometimes ish happens but for me it was the nonchalant personality from the person at the counter threw me off. Overall, I would recommend and I would return. Unfortunately I do not have pictures, but the packaging is super cute!

The cakes are delicious but they are pricy I've ordered the larger size for a birthday and everyone enjoyed it. It's easy or order and they are really helpful. The inside of the shop is clean and bright and there is ample parking.

After missing many opportunities to try Nothing Bundt cakes (NBC) I finally got the chance. The cakes ordered were, Vanilla, Red Velvet and Raspberry White Chocolate. I was initially excited but that turned to disappointment. My friends and I agreed that the cakes didn't have any flavor. The icing though plentiful was of an artificial taste. There wasn't anything memorable and we didn't finish our cakes. Unfortunately, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend based on my experience.

Yummy in my tummy! NBC is always delicious! Never had any issues with service. You can also order online and do an in-store pick up order. If you sign up for their emails, they send you coupons and notifications of new and seasonal flavors, such as key lime pie and dulce de leche. The key lime pie is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Get it!!! The inside of the store is super cute, they sell little trinkets and items with cute sayings, like coffee cups and reusable bags.

This is a new review for this location. I called on Thursday May 11th, 2023 to place an order and the lady on the phone told me to go online immediately. I said to her I do not have a computer near by plus I am driving and she immediately said well find a computer or use your phone. You could tell she was not available or occupied but a simple please hold I am with a customer would have been great. Then guess what? She hung up the phone. I called her her 3times back to back and she did not pick up.By the way this was my second experience. The first one happened when I called to place an order and the staff placed me on hold for over 10mins. Each time I called back she would decline the call. I thought that was so ridiculous. I wonder if the owner would be available to see this message because something needs to be done immediately.The next closest location to me is In columbia and I have never had an issue. Please bear in mind that coming to your location is a choice. It is because I happy to support you. Please do not forget about that.Talk to your staff. Hire professionals who can get the work done. I'm so disappointed in this place.

Great flavors, service and price point. I picked up a dozen minis on a Saturday and placed a pick up order for the following day as well. My order was ready on time the following day. The flavors were awesome and rich with red velvet being my personal favorite. Flavors like pumpkin spice are added seasonally. These are perfect for any occasion. The regular sizes are dense and moist and only $6. I had expected the pricing to be higher. This location is in a plaza with several others businesses but parking was not difficult.
