I ordered from this location during the mid stages of the pandemic and I ordered online. Best decision because when I picked up my order, phones were ringing off the hook!! I ordered a small pepperoni and sausage pizza and a side order of fries. Both were good and delicious, wish they added a little bit of oil to the pizza to give it that extra flavor, but hey, lol.

horrible service. on Saturday about 12pm i went there to order 4 pizzas for my sons bay party that starts at 2pm. i was told to come back around 4pm because there are busy with their catering orders. they were so rude and disrespectful to me i was socked. i will NEVER buy from them again

This is probably the worst customer service ever. I arrived here to eat and wait until the rush hour pass. I live in Alexandria, VA and I was working near this place. I asked for the WiFi and they provide it. So, I decided to eat and do my work from my computer from there for a while the place were open. I ordered a gyro pita, it was really good. No complaint about the food. But, at 8:00 pm they started to map the floor and piling the chairs. They said they close at 9:30 pm so, it was fine for me to stay there. A lot of customer thought they were closing. I think they should wait at least 15 minutes before to close to start arranging things for the next day. Good food :) but, should be great if you guys work on customer service improve.

Went in for a slice and was told there are no more slices but do you want to order a whole pizza??! How do you have a whole pizza but you can't sell two slices?! Never in my life have I went to a pizzeria and was told there are no more slices... pathetic

I love this place! Me and my mom owns a crab carryout right across the street so we get deliveries from here constantly. The food is always amazing, hot and fresh. Deliveries are fast. The service here is like no other, ladies who answer the phones are kind and so helpful! I believe Mike is the driver we get often, he is so kind and always so accommodating, along with all the other drivers there! He brings us deserts all the time and even brought us some baklava to try! We love him and Nikos, never had a bad meal from here! 100/10 would recommend this place!

I ordered a cheesesteak only because on the menu the price stated $8.99 I asked her extra cheese now I don't know how much extra cheese costs but somehow when I checked my receipt the total was $12.59. If I knew that I would be paying that much I definitely would not have ordered it. I can get a way better one from another place. Plus I asked for a toasted roll and it was not. Also I asked for light hots and when I took a bite of the sub I got a mouth of hots. To say the least I definitely will not be ordering from them anymore. I will walk and get it myself. They charged me a delivery fee and I live 3 blocks away from the restaurant. Honestly if I knew that I would have to pay a delivery fee I would not have given the driver a $3.00 tip. So please be careful when ordering from them.
