Visited Nautilus Diner after church on a Sunday morning. The place was bustling with business, but we were seated quickly. It has the typical diner vibe but is very clean and modern. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of options.I ordered the cinnamon raisin French toast, scrambled eggs with American cheese, and turkey sausage links. Torn between the regular and cinnamon French toast, I asked the server for a recommendation. She suggested the cinnamon French toast but jokingly said not to hold it against her if I didn't like it. In hindsight, that caveat might have been a red flag--I didn't enjoy the French toast. While it had raisins visible, it lacked the cinnamon and raisin flavor I was expecting.That said, the service was friendly and prompt, which makes me want to return. I'd just choose something else from the menu next time. A standout for me was the turkey sausage links, which many places don't offer--definitely a big plus and one of the main reasons I'd come back.

We had a late Wednesday breakfast. Not much has changed in the two years since we were here last. The portions are large and the coffee keeps coming. The service is quick. The restaurant appears clean and it is bright. This visit would have been much better if the toast underneath all the cream chip beef was better toasted. It quickly became soggy and difficult to cut.

This is a staple in our dining existence. Great breakfasts, lunches, dinners with a few Greek dishes thrown in for good measure.And the most tasteless crab cake I have ever encountered. No flavor whatsoever. At least a pinch of Old Bay! 5oz of unidentifiable tastelessness. Was it broiled? Was it fried? 'Tis a mystery. A $39.95 crime.

The breakfast in particular was delicious even though my egg whites were only warm. The Bananas Foster French toast with challa bread on the other hand was perfection. Endless coffee which wasn't bad. Go there!

They were able to quickly seat a table of 5 on a Saturday at 1 pm. Now I know why!Onion soup and MD crab soup was good.French dip - beef so tuff and full of veins I couldn't eat it. Chicken cordon blue was grilled - not coated and fried, and was buried in a sauce. I have never seen chicken cordon blue swimming in a sauce.Waitress was nice but didn't know the menu. First time back since they opened - years ago, won't be third in the future.
