Nalley Fresh - Owings Mills

AVOID!! Nalley Fresh in Owings Mills. When it first opened, you could get a hearty meal, but things have gone downhill. They now label themselves as a "small business" because they're locally owned, but I don't consider a chain restaurant to be a small business. They also charge a 3% fee on all purchases unless you pay cash--makes you wonder, is this for tax evasion?On top of that, the portions are ridiculously small now, especially considering how much a large bowl costs. I noticed my "large" bowl was the same size as the small bowl the person behind me ordered. The way they're running the business is a surefire way to lose customers, especially with so many other options in the area.

I have skipped over Nalley Fresh every time I go past. Not anymore! This is like Subway (but fresh) for salads! They have sooo many options and all are fresh.

Nice location in Foundry Row! Sorry I don't have photos, but I wanted to give a shout out to the staff here! They are very friendly and accommodating! They don't mind making recommendations, as there are many options. And they speak very good English and Spanish! The salad ingredients are fresh whenever I come. The flavor of the meat isn't as good as CAVA IMO, but maybe it's my taste preferences. The dining room and bathroom has been clean every time I've come. There is an area to eat outside as well.

I picked this place because I was looking for a healthy meal but it was just ok. The food was pretty bland. Healthy does not have to mean tasteless.

This little baby was soooooo filling(look at my picture). I meant to take another picture after I bit it but it was so good I forgot. I have only had salads from Nalley Fresh but tonight I tried a wrap. Every food item is $11+ so I took a star because they're a little pricey. It's a Chicken Caesar Wrap with everything and no additions.

I decided it had been a while so I went to Nalley Fresh today for lunch. The best part of going to Nalley is imagining ALL the possibilities. Anything from a stir-fry bowl, to a soup & salad combo, including wraps as well. While I have tried a few of the pre-made menu bowls or salads, I always prefer to make my own. My favorite green to use is spinach. The proteins are tier priced meaning certain ones will be an extra charge to add on instead of coming free. The chicken is a safe bet for a freebie protein with different types like grilled, teriyaki, blackened, etc. Blackened chicken was available today so I got that over spinach with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, beets, purple slaw, sweet potato, pumpkin seeds, wheat berry, and bean sprouts. For dressing, I always get the white balsamic. I love it so much--I wish they bottled it and sold it. I prefer on the side so I can control how much goes in. They also offer bread free of charge. Good amount of food for the price here. Nalley Fresh is definitely going back in my rotation again. Be sure to check it out for a good salad option in Owings Mills.

I've come to this location several times. However, their reward system is horrible. You get one point per visit and 7 points = half off a $12 salad. The kicker for me is charging me $.75 to use my debit card. This is ridiculous. When does it stop. Extra fees for everything is horrible service

Same food as Nalley's other location, but owner is cheap, rude and overcharges. You might see an extra .50 cents or dollar charge because she decides you got too much food in the salad. Doles out portions like Scrooge. Does not honor rewards program. Avoid Owings Mills location.

The food was fresh, but the flavors were not write home about. I like flavor in my healthy foods.

This used to be quality. But for $15 the portion was that of a side salad and it was drenchedddd in dressing. What a bummer :(
