I ordered online and just walked in to pick up my salad. It was ready on time; they hold online orders behind the register, and the staff member I spoke to when picking up the Oder was really friendly and helpful. My salad was fine (I made my own Caesar with salmon and chickpeas) - ingredients were fresh but nothing special. The inside of the restaurant is a little dark, but they have a patio that looked like it would be nice on a day that wasn't as steamy or rainy. It's in kind of a hidden location in a work park, by my office isn't far away so I'm sure I'll be back.

REVISED! I created my salad and it came with a bunch of stuff I didn't request. I order soup and salad to be picked up at 1, the online confirmation said to pick up between 1-110. Everything was ready by 12 and someone said the food has been ready since 12 and the soup is cold.. but didn't offer to replace it.. it's just a small cup!The Manager read my review and reached out to me. This to make speaks volumes to who Nally Fresh has working for them. More companies need to take this approach. Thank you !

This place is the bomb. It's right off the highway and pretty easy to get to for a quick meal, they had a drive through, and an outdoor patio! We were traveling so we opted to go in and grab something then eat outside. Everyone had their masks on and it felt very safe. They had a MILLION options, it was hard to make a decision, but it was a great spot for a filling, healthy meal. My only complaint is they paid no attention to us in store, their focus was to go meals, so it took awhile to be helped, and even when we were, it felt like we were a burden. Prices were extremely fair, and food tasted fresh and delicious. If you're not there at the typical lunch time, I would highly recommend.

Location is extremely unprofessional, I frequent Nalley Fresh locations I have never had such a terrible experience at the Owings mills or Whitemarsh locations. To make matters worse the unprofessionalism starts at the top when I asked to speak to the manager a man named Carlos who says he owns the place was even more unprofessional. Will not revisit!

Great food! We came to the Owings Mills location after our massages next door. The food was surprisingly good. I do not usually find much that is exceptional at chain restaurants. Nalley Fresh is very close to my work (across a parking lot) so I visit this location frequently. The staff is always very polite, deals with me when I have difficulty making decisions, and generally does a great job. Tip: order ahead (before 11:00) to get a free foundation drink online! I like that the proteins change frequently and they do a lot of trial items on their menu to mix it up. The only problem I had last week was that I ordered buffalo chicken, which i received in my bowl, but somehow tuna salad got put on the top of my salad. Maybe they used a lid that had been used once by accident? I don't know how it happened, but not a fan. Not a huge deal for me since I'm not allergic, but if someone were that could be an issue. Anyway, just my two cents. I will absolutely be back because these days its a reasonable deal(ugh $10 for a salad.. yes..) but it can usually feed me twice if I load that bowl up!!

Great place to stop by if you're looking for a healthy yet filling lunch and/or dinner. It's conveniently located off of York road so it's nice to go to if you work in the area. There are plenty of options to make an awesome salad, wrap or bowl and the ingredients are always fresh. It's nice to be able to order online as well if you're coming from the office and need to skip the line to be in and out. Also take advantage of the online specials (20% off first order, free fountain drink etc)
