I'm going to stick with the trend of 4 stars. Mr. Y's is a clean and quiet pizza/sub shop. Gyro is good. Chicken tenders and fries were good for my grandson. Crab Pretzels were only okay. It seemed like the neighborhood likes the takeout and delivery since there was a lot of traffic picking up orders. I will try other Mr. Y's locations too.

Love that they have $1 wing Wednesdays!!! It's basically a pizza/sub shop you can order in person or online. There are tables to eat inside. Fountain drinks or bottled drinks are available. I placed an online order and it took about 30 minutes to get it.

This place has gone downhill! I recently had a pizza delivered. It tasted to me like something was spoiled, the sauce? the cheese? Either that or they have started using substandard products. I actually threw my pizza in the trash after a few bites.Now the restaurant they have in Street, MD is, and always has been, excellent. This location has had issues from the start. It improves for short periods of time then goes right back to substandard food.I'll be looking for another place to buy my takeout food. Don't waste your money.

It's hit or miss with Mr. Y's. I ordered a cold roast beef sub. I was told it had changed. So, they heat it up (it's on their cold sub menu) and then give me cold roast beef like you'd chunk up from a roast in the oven. Chunky and hard to bite (felt like left over pot roast from home). They don't use a deli style roast beef there its thin and has a nice bite. I will say my German Shepherd enjoyed those beef chunks, but I threw the rest away. When a food requires too much pull to try to chew it then it's not worth the money. It becomes a chore to eat it.
