Mova Nature

Yesterday I stopped by Mova Nature yet again for the #WomenRunBaltimore deal. I checked-in via the Yelp app and got a free fresh pressed juice with my smoothie bowl. This was a great deal since the juices are normally $9! The smoothie bowl was $10 and sooo worth it. It is probably the best smoothie bowl I've ever had - no exaggeration. The first green flag was that the granola was already gluten free. No need to worry about substitutions or upcharges. And it was THE best gluten free granola I've tried so far! Super crunchy and not too dry. The second green flag was that the base was made right there on the spot. You could see Kelli behind the counter mixing it all up fresh. The third green flag was that Kelli double checked that I was OK with honey being added on top. I love honey but appreciated this extra care being taken since some people may want to omit that for dietary purposes.I also tried a green juice this time, the Garden of Eden. I normally don't go for green juices but Kelli recommended it. It was really refreshing and unique. It wasn't my favorite juice I've tried here, so I probably wouldn't get it again, but I still enjoyed it! While there's only one smoothie bowl option on the menu as of now (the signature bowl which is topped with bananas, blueberries, strawberries, hemp seed, and honey), there are more options coming soon! I can definitely see this becoming one of my new favorite treats. Mova Nature is right near my gym and is sooo much better than the chain smoothie spots nearby. I've never tasted such a fresh tasting smoothie bowl!

Loved stopping by here for a refreshing juice blend! I originally stopped by because I was interested in the acai bowl (who isn't?) but unfortunately the owner was out of the necessary ingredients for it. She was so kind and apologetic that she offered to instead swap out the acai bowl for a cold pressed juice from the fridge! I was eager to try whatever products she had that I happily took her up on the deal, and I am so happy I did! The three products (2 juices and a smoothie) I tried at Mova Nature were light, refreshing, and genuine. This juicery is a great addition to the Hampden area!

The tastiest, most fresh pressed juices! I also had her new smoothie bowl and it was divine. She lets you customize them however you want. There's also tea and herbal books at the counter to read as you wait.

The owner is so professional, knowledgeable, and just gorgeous! I used her juices for a 3 day cleanse and my body feels amazing!
