Mother's sells more than your usual bar food.Great for sitting in or takeout.The salmon Chesapeake is one of my favorite dishes here. Old bay wings are great, garlic mashed potatoes are great too. I've enjoyed most, if not all, of the dishes I've had here in the past few years. The drinks are great here too. On the weekends, it can get packed & is usually a great party time.

Decided to stop in while making another stop in the Federal Hill area, nice bar ambiance and string for a quick lunch. It just so happens that Tuesdays are their burger special day with $5 off of burgers so we met with the Garlic Butter Bison.Service was good as had Connor handling my order at the bar and was pretty attentive to everything. The burger was pretty good and flavorful, with the jalapeños and applewood smoked bacon adding a nice touch.There wasn't much of a lunch crowd on my visit which also made for quick service, but would definitely say to check out. They also have a pretty decent variety of beers, ciders, seltzers, and FMBs on hand, although taps were limited. Of the 15 taps, 11 of the 15 are macros, so would have liked to have seen more craft on draft.

I went to Mothers to pick up my food on a Wednesday night. It wasn't packed and I think it was trivia night or something. I let the bartender know I was picking up and he grabbed my food right away. He was very nice and helpful. I ordered the Crab Pretzel and the Jazzfest Po Boy. I got broccoli for my side with the Po Boy. Everything was still hot when I got home. The broccoli was not seasoned to taste. It definitely needed salt. The Crab Pretzel on the other hand was slightly too salty but I really liked it. The pretzel was so soft and tasty all on its own but the crab dip and cheese put it over the top. I think it was the crab dip that was a little too salty but I would definitely order it again. I even put it in the fridge and then reheated it in the oven. It was still just as soft and good like it was fresh. The Jazzfest Po Boy bun was soft and so good as well. I mean the baker is doing their thing. They give you a great amount of shrimp and it was seasoned and fried very nicely. I would prefer less bread even though the bread is so good. The sauce was a little weird tasting to me at first. I haven't tasted something like it. It tasted almost vinegary to me on the backend. If they don't use vinegar, it's something. And I'm honestly not sure that I like it. I did use it because a dry po boy is a tragedy but the verdict is still out on it. I mean, it goes with the sandwich, and everything together is really good and flavorful. Interestingly enough, I think I would order it again. I would order from Mothers again and try other things on their menu!

Usually a fan of Mother's food for a causal good meal, but today's takeout changed that. Southwest salad had old romaine, about 10 kernels of corn and 10 beans. In it essentially a slab of cold chewy chicken and the dressing tastes like straight vinegar. Indescript bits of tomato rounded out this $17 salad. Sorry Mother's, I've lost faith.

Ordered off DoorDash 1/2PD steamed shrimp and potatoes and received maybe 5-6 shrimp. Bite sized potatoes, flavor on potatoes and onions was good, shrimp was overcooked. Also ordered the bread pudding beignets which are always amazing, but I paid for extra caramel and between two caramel cups it did not even equal one full one so that was disappointing.

My husband and I came here before a Ravens game and it's a great place to come!! We started with some beer and the Camden Crab Dip. They have a pretty good selection of beers. The Camden crab dip was so good!! We hung out for a while longer before ordering our meals. I got to be crab eggs Benedict on the brunch menu and it was so good. There was a perfect amount of crab and the potatoes it came with were super crispy. My husband got the Raven bone in wings. These were probably the best part. The honey added a really good flavor. Our waitress Lindsey (I think that was her name) was super friendly and came around often even after we were done ordering food and just getting beers. This is a good place to come before a Ravens game because they have good food, drinks and a great atmosphere!!

We sat at the bar and the inside was cold at first so it pushed most of the customers in the back of the restaurant to the dining area. So no one but one person was at the bar. The bartender was pretty nice and he took our drink orders and he gave a decent size shot. The food was hot and came out quick. The ambiance was chill once the delivery door closed. It was a chill relaxing lunch. Reasonably priced and in and out. The music was cool also. I got the bacon burger which was super huge. My friend got the honey old bay wings. The food was good. They never disappoint.

We came here for the superbowl and Mother's blew it out of the water with service and provisions! We were served by an amazing staff and the food was superb. We tried the crab pretzel, the Lamarvelous cheesesteak, and the Shrimp Po'Boy. Everything was so good and we will definitely be back!

Stopped in on a Friday night with a group of 8 people. The staff were so nice and attentive. The place has a bar and a few long tables w/ high chairs. We ordered the crab dip, chicken nachos, chicken tenders and shrimp. Everything tasted good. The dj played great music and took some request. Overall great experience they also had all you can drink for $25.
