Mona’s Super Noodle

I've never had Laos pho before but this was so delicious! I'm Vietnamese and have been craving a good bowl of pho, but in Baltimore I've found it all to be just ok - but this place definitely hits the spot. It's a little more beef flavored with hints of garlic which makes it so yummy. The beef is tender and there was a good portion of noodles too.The papaya salad was pretty mild at its highest spice level but was still good. It had great acidity, spice and unami in each bite.I can't wait to come back and try different things on the menu!

First time at Mona's and I was not disappointed! I was in the mood for pho--my newest obsession. Mona's is a cute and cozy vibe. Our waiter was super friendly. I never had Thai iced tea before and she gave me a sample before I committed to a full cup. It was pretty tasty. I'll definitely be back again. :)

Fantastic place and can't wait to go back. Food is delicious, but service is more informal; don't expect to be waited on hand and foot. Loved the Thai iced tea and appreciated that there is a dairy-free option. I got the Mona Chicken Box which was a ton of chicken for $15. Was craving mango sticky rice and was not disappointed.

Ok so I've been eyeing this place for quite some time now and I finally had a chance to check it out tonight! It was a solo date type of night as I was really craving some good noodles and it has literally been the longest week!!! I was greeted warmly and sat immediately upon arrival at one of the high top tables. The young lady at the front was super sweet and had cute little star stickers on her face. My food was yummy! I enjoyed the shrimp summer rolls, the Thai tea less dairy, and the shrimp pad tai! Portion was great and I left feeling satisfied in both craving and fullness! Plenty of street parking along 41st and meters were going until 10/10:30 ish so just an FYI on that! This place also has outdoor seating and is much bigger inside than it appears to be from outside! I'll be back for the drunken noodles and the pho!

I'm not angry, but I want to caution customers and alert Mona's, that the last two times I ordered delivery from them, they screwed up the order. The first time I ordered a Pho dish and they forgot to include the broth. The second time I ordered Tom-Kha soup with shrimp and they left out the shrimp. Is their food good? How would I know? Obviously, their quality assurance isn't working.

Mona's is a charming restaurant I've walked by in Hampden a million times, but didn't visit until last Friday. My friends and I bypassed the main dining area (which looked inviting) and settled in the annexed bar. I loved it in the bar area, it was a vibe and the music was a mix of chill hip hop and old school r&b.I ordered flat noodles and tofu for my main and a tofu appetizer. The appetizer was just more tofu like what was in my entree so I don't recommend getting both together, lol.The food was well prepared and fairly spicy. Service was great and checking out was a breeze. Will definitely return!

The food here is amazing. Truly, all of it. I eat here a few times a month and I've never had a bad meal. This place has cracked the code for sauces, which make everything about 100 times better than I expect it to be. The flavors of basically anything on the menu are gonna be robust - spicy and sour, salty and sweet, etc. Nothing here is one note. Their bahn mi are delightful, with just the right kind of slightly crispy, majorly fluffy bread. I can't say enough good things about their soup options. In addition to a whole pho menu, they also have tom yum and tom kha, which I'm pretty sure have cured me of a cold or two in the past. The summer rolls are also excellent, as is the papaya salad.They are also very fast for pickup orders, usually 15 minutes or less, so if you need something in a hurry, they are a great option.

Came for a visit with some friends. The food was solid! I would definitely come again and try another dish if I'm in the area. Lots of different noodle options.

Overall great pho place that doesn't hurt the budget with a friendly atmosphere! The service was great, and the broth of both the Phos were quite flavorful!

Love it! Great food and consistent high quality! Their pho, satay, and banh mis are ON POINT!
