Menke Boys BBQ

This food truck comes to my job frequently, so I've eaten here a few times this year. They prices are ok, I would argue they are a little on the higher end, compared to the portion sizes. The service is fast and friendly, with is expected for a food truck.I am not a big BBQ person, but I have tried the loaded fries and the nachos which they top with brisket, chicken or pork. The truck is pretty consistent, there was only one time that I wasn't completely happy with my order, because my fries were greasy and soggy. Today, I had the brisket nachos. The taste was very good, although I wished my brisket was served warmer.All and all, Menke Boys BBQ is a quality food truck. Perfect for a quick grab and go lunchtime meal. Give them a try.

Food Tastes Good no complains on preparation however. Why promote a $25 platter and give skimpy portions at a food truck event. Seriously, I got 2 platters and left a 20% tip for your employees just to open my platter and feel disrespected to be honest! Step up the game portions are beyond weak!!! $65??? I'm good off that... that will lose a customer forever.

Pork bbq sandwich was delicious! Crazy good! Lean, and omg the sauce was to die for! Cole slaw was very good and crisp and the corn pudding, an unusual dish rarely found, was delicious and sweet!

Decided not to cook last night and instead stopped at EHVFS for their food truck event. Got seafood for 2 family members & Menke Boys BBQ was just across the way and hopping. I got a brisket sandwich with fries and got my son a pork bbq sandwich with fries. Mine was delicious and my son also really liked his sandwich! Also got some ribs and some burnt ends & although I spent a decent amount of money, the food was absolutely to die for. Highly recommended by me!

Absolutely fantastic. I enjoy the hideaway, famous daves, and mission, but they cannot compete with the menke boys brisket. The bark, peppery rub, and delicous bbq sauce (tangy with a nice apple finish) are a full on assault on your taste buds. I grabbed a pound of brisket for my wife and I, and I ate nearly all of it myself, so I shamefully had to run back (in the heat, belly full of brisket mind you) to get more from the truck to cover my bovine blunder. I wasnt even that hungry, it was just so good. Beautiful smoke ring, super juicy, nice mix of lean and higher fat content slices. The wife of the owner/smoker is very friendly, apparently they started as a hobby after he developed his method for 13 years and only have the one truck. I hope they expand. I will be looking forward to this @ odenton food truck fest. Ribs also very good, but I'm clearly smitten by the brisket. Now for a long nap...
